A 3-Star Hotel with 5-Star Service Hotel Malibran may be rated three stars, but the service is top-tier. Everyone, from the concierge to housekeeping, kitchen staff, and waiters, works with genuine warmth. You’re greeted with smiles, and you can tell they’re proud of what they do. Special thanks to Salvo at the front desk. He’s a standout. Speaks multiple languages, including Chinese. Professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. He gave me a personalized trip plan, listed local spots worth visiting, and never got tired of my questions. Rare to find this level of care. The room: clean, compact, and comfortable. Good enough for working online without any issues. The included breakfast is decent: breads, cheeses, hams, and cold cuts. Drink choices are solid too. The hotel is close to Rialto Bridge, which means the area’s prices can be high, but the convenience and access are unbeatable. Would absolutely stay again. The staff alone make it worth it.

Very disappointing experience. The room was bare, with almost no furnishings — just an old TV and a small refrigerator that barely worked. No coffee maker, no hair dryer, and no iron were available, which made the stay inconvenient. The bathroom had terrible water pressure, and mosquitoes were more common than guests. Breakfast was extremely limited — one type of boiled egg, a few slices of cheese and meat, and basic toast. The single elevator stopped working during the stay, adding to the frustration. The hotel felt rundown, noisy, and neglected. For the price, it’s absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend staying here.

Nice room and nice location

Located in near the Rialto Bridge and within walking distance of Saint Marcos Square it’s perfect for a budget conscious traveller. The bedroom was spacious and clean. I was there during carnival and my only complaint was the noise front the drinks at night but this isn’t something g the hotel can fix. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous but needed a little more variety for my taste.

The staff are seriously amazing in both the hotel and restaurant. It doesn't have the flashiest decor, but the bed was comfortable, the breakfast simple but good quality. My single bathroom was small and cramped but still worked fine. Overall I would definitely return and recommend as the location was perfect...a max 10 minute walk from all the major attractions. The pizza in the restaurant was one of the best I ever had and big so I returned for my 2nd night.

Small hotel in an excellent location, brilliant value for Venice. It was as described, I have no complaints.

Great location and had a fantastic gluten free restaurant attached. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room itself was quite dated and the bathroom was absolutely tiny, you had to move sideways! The air con was not brilliant so I suspect in the height of summer the room would become extremely hot. All in all we thought it was good value for money (for Venice).

Great service, good breakfast and great location in the centre of Venice

Nice little hotel. Close to Ponte Rialto, very central to all of Venice. Enjoyable breakfast, very cooperative staff.

Lovely stay, perfect for short break. Location was excellent, nothing seemed to far away! Great breakfast, always looked busy for lunch and dinner as well. Happily stay again!
