The location is very convenient, close to the train station and easy to travel to Venice. The staff are very nice, and the breakfast is good as well. It can be a little noisy at night because it’s near the train station, but overall it’s nice.

The hotel is very close to the train station, which is convenient for getting around or catching a train. The front desk staff heard we were in a hurry to catch our train, so they checked us in very quickly. We were also able to store our luggage, and they even took us directly to our room afterwards. The service was excellent! The front desk staff were also very friendly. The room was quite spacious, the bed was clean, and the bathroom was clean. The water pressure for the shower was a bit unstable, and if you showered for a longer time, the water temperature would fluctuate between hot and cold. The air conditioning was very powerful and kept the room warm, though it was a bit dry. Although it's very close to the train station, it wasn't noisy at all; overall, it was quiet.

Hotel is located about 5mins walk from train station. We had dinner at a restaurant about 2mins walk away from the hotel and it was nice! Overall stay is great.

The hotel location is excellent. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the train and bus stations that go to Venice and the airport. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, and reception service was okay. But one thing really annoyed me: I don’t understand why a 4-star hotel doesn’t provide a kettle in the room. I drink tea, and there was only a coffee machine available. The reception told me to get hot water from the bar, which is fine, but the hot water looked dirty and didn’t seem clean. Also, the curtains never fully closed, there was always a gap, so it didn’t feel fully private.

Good location, but disappointing service The hotel is in a great location, close to the metro station. However, the breakfast staff seemed inexperienced, while we were eating, one of them placed a cleaning tray on our table and started cleaning the table right next to us. It was quite uncomfortable and not what you’d expect from a hotel breakfast experience.
