My bad to book this hotel. The service is pathetic. The Staff was extremly rude and ******. The sheets were very very dirty and no cleaniliness in the room at all. When asked to change the sheet, they denied to do this and we were threatened. The fire alarm was covered which is a huge huge risk. Ease dont stay here. But on the ither side, the service from Trip.com was amazing and commendable.

Nice hotel, well furnished, convenient songle rooms, nice receptionist, not so far from Venice and airport with convenient transportation

The place is normal, good enough for the price you are paying for , but the service… they make you feel uncomfortble all the time.

Location was great, near bus stop to Venice.

I was there 5 years ago and was great . Good location and parking place , but very dissapointed this time. The room looks very old, damaged and was not clean.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Direct bus to Venice just outside the hotel. Lovely cafe nearby too.

Ok to stay for overnight and for visit to Venice. Good bus connection. Breakfast should be better with wholegrain bread and less cooked eggs. Service is very good

Very good location

The environment is pretty good. And there is free parking here. After checking out, it costs 8 euros to park one more day. Then you can take the bus near the hotel to Venice for a day. It is very convenient!

The bathroom in the room I stayed in had no window. The windows in the main room could only be opened very slightly. The windows in the entire hotel were like this. It was very stuffy. Overall, it was OK.
