The room had a nostalgic feel and the bedding was clean. The service was adequate. The soundproofing wasn't great; I could clearly hear people talking on the street below. Despite the windows being closed, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. I could hear them buzzing in my ear all night, which kept me from sleeping. I woke up with 5 or 6 mosquito bites. The picture shows bloodstains after killing a mosquito. There were also multiple old and new bloodstains on the wallpaper.

Worse hotel I have ever beenn to. They wouldn’t offer refund after the war and so I do not recommend travel at all.

The location is super convenient, really close to St. Mark's Square. While it's a bit old, it's very clean and the staff are friendly. They also offer luggage storage. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate.

Nice hotel Good location

Very good hotel, great location. The room in the annex was comfortable, with a memory foam mattress and pillows. It was clean and had a shower room. The sound insulation was excellent, except for the entrance door. The air conditioning wasn't working, so it was very hot in the room, and I couldn't open the window due to outside noise.

The best view ever and the best service

Great location near St. Mark square. Excellent service. A bit of walk (22 minutes) from the Venice bus gate to the hotel so be mindful if you have a large luggage to carry to/ftom.

Staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is clean.

Fantastic location, staff were super helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and the bonus of afternoon cake was a lovely surprise. Would recommend if you wan fro be in the heart of Venice

Location is good and close to Saint Marco square. Reception staff was informative but some other staff attitude not very pleasant.

The hotel overall experiences are good, the room is clean and toilet is big with amazing jacuzzi. Worth to stay!

Good location just few minutes walk to the Realto bridge and St Marks Square. Shops and restaurant everywhere once you step our the door. We def come back.
