Very close to the train station, and convenient for taking the ferry. The hotel is actually tucked away in an alley, so it's also very quiet. The room was neat and clean, and quite spacious; I could even open two suitcases with room to spare.

Great location, It just right beside the train station. Very convenient! Staffs are very friendly, helped us manage the luggage service, book the taxi to airport, a really worry free place, that made our Venice trip with perfect memory. Breakfast is amazing too!

The service attitude during this stay was very friendly. The only minor drawback was that the room was a bit small, making it inconvenient to open our suitcases. What I loved most was the breakfast. The environment was clean and comfortable, and although the food selection wasn't huge, it was fresh and delicious. The coffee, in particular, was excellent. Plus, the breakfast staff were so lovely and always smiling, which really brightened our mood!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and we were able to sleep well through the night.  The personnel were very cheerful and accommodating. The location was perfect, so close to the train station and the ferrovia station. I will not hesitate to stay jere again.

This is a lovely hotel in an excellent location, vey close to the station and the Grand Canal. The staff deserve special praise. I haven’t been to a hotel with more attentive and helpful staff. The breakfast was especially good. I will use this hotel again the next time I visit Venice

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the train station, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The rooms are spotlessly clean and feel very new, with modern furnishings and a fresh, stylish design. The overall atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. The service provided by the staff is truly first-class — they are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you need. You can really feel that they care about their guests’ comfort and satisfaction. Considering the quality of the facilities and the level of service, the price is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
