We had a lovely 3 nights stay in this hotel. Breakfast was great and beyond our expectation. Staff were friendly and Matti stood out being so kind and helpful with all our inquiries. Facilities was good enough for our needs. Location was really excellent just walkable to St Mark's Basilica & its nearby attractions & water transportations to other pride of Venice. Thank you to the management of Hotel Mercurio, overall it's a thumbs up for us! 👍

The staff are seriously amazing in both the hotel and restaurant. It doesn't have the flashiest decor, but the bed was comfortable, the breakfast simple but good quality. My single bathroom was small and cramped but still worked fine. Overall I would definitely return and recommend as the location was perfect...a max 10 minute walk from all the major attractions. The pizza in the restaurant was one of the best I ever had and big so I returned for my 2nd night.

Friendly, prompt and attentive staff with great view at the restaurant while having our buffet breakfast. Clean, pleasant room. Great location near train station.

Hotel is new and clean even though the location is far from St. Mark’s Square. Breakfast was good with various choose and just one thing I dislike as car park is under renovation which I was not informed during arrival.

The hotel is in a perfect location where you can get lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It’s easy to get there from the terminal without ups and downs the bridges. Our room has a balcony facing the river and you can see the boats passing by from time to time. The hotel also gave us a wine as a gift when we arrived which is very sweet! There is also a cute cat from the neighbour visiting us throughout the stay.

Great location and very clean room. Convenience and still quiet - 8 minutes walk to the train station and water bus station, surrounded by many shops, bars and restaurants. You can also store luggages if you have early check out. Need to carry luggages through stairs as no lift.

If you need: live near the train station, walk within 5 minutes, do not want to carry the suitcase across the bridge, you can set, Because I was assigned to the first floor, there was no sunlight, but the staff at the front desk was particularly good. I set the wrong room type and finally helped me solve it. Thank you very much. The free breakfast was beyond expectation. There were many types and it was delicious. The hotel as a whole was very old. But Venice also has no new buildings, understandable

The room is large and suitable for babies, but not in the center. There is a certain distance to Piazza San Marco. Free coffee is available in the morning and evening. The balcony room is booked. It is very difficult that the balcony is very small. Very happy. Attachment: I do n’t know why the 5 emails sent to the hotel were returned. It did n’t work with multiple mailboxes. In order to get in, I had a long communication with the front desk. I took my baby standing outside the door and waited for two hours at night to resolve Question, this is very sad, friends behind me must remember to communicate to the front desk first, if the mail is not working! Ctrip's manual queuing has been repeated several times, but they have not solved the problem, which is bad!

There is no breakfast service. You need to go outside by yourself. The room is clean and tidy. The location is also very good. It is in the city center. It is relatively safe to stay there. The door is locked at all times. You need a key to enter and exit. There is no elevator. Need to I carried the luggage up one flight of stairs by myself, and the overall feeling was pretty good.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was located close to lots of sightseeing spots and very nice. Great breakfast.
