Clean, tasteful, well presented with very friendly helpful staff. All located in a very Italian village within a bus & water taxi ride from Venice. How beautiful! Just be careful of the mosquitoes:;

Lovely little hotel. The staff couldn't be more helpful. Really nice to have breakfast included. We liked being on the Lido as opposed to staying in central Venice. The only down side is that there was only 1 place to eat in the evening near the hotel. The hotel is only 15 minute bus ride from ferry port though and there are lots of excellent restaurants there. We tended to be out all day and eat near the port before heading back to the hotel in the evening.

Claudia, our host, was very friendly and welcoming. She was full of information and helped us when we required it. The bed was super comfortable and our room was spotless. Breakfast could have had more variety, however what was provided was nice. Good transport links with a bus stop just outside which takes you to the centre of Lido and the boat port in ten minutes. You can get direct links to Venice and other islands in 25 - 40 mins depending on where you want to go. Venice city centre is only a 25 min boat ride and although it sounds like a long journey, it is a fun and enjoyable ride. Hotel was beautifully designed, quiet and good for couples. The hotel is a family run business and in a quiet neighbourhood, not too far from the beach. Highly recommend if you want a peaceful, relaxing getaway. P.S from a young black couple from London.

This hotel is in the historical town of Malmoco ca. 10 minutes per bus from the main boat station lido SME. Located on the church square this beautiful little hotel exudes old world Venetian charm with rooms exquisitely done in the fitting local style. This hotel goes on to provide exquisitely appointed bathrooms, well set up modern technology as well as a beautiful courtyard garden, covered breakfast area and quiet reading room. The staff is absolutely stupendous, going above and beyond offering suggestions and help in many matters and ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay. The hotel also offers the opportunity to do cooking classes with one of the owners and this is a true joy. During our course we were treated Tia visit to the lido market and a wonderful fish store. Then we cooked and chatted for 2 hours followed be an amazing 5 course lunch. In addition to all the aforementioned points the Airconditioning worked perfectly (essential at 30+ degree outside temps) Beautiful free beaches are a short 8 min bus ride away! If visiting Lido for the first time do not forget the bug spray!! All in all a great place to stay.

Internally the hotel was full of old Italian Renaissance charm. We had a beautiful suite with beams, which comprised bedroom and separate sitting room and ample bathroom. Breakfast and dinner can be taken in the courtyard or the impressive dining room. Located in a very quiet area on Venice Lido, a 15 minute bus ride from the passenger ferry to Venice Island. All in all a beautiful hotel.

Claudia and Luca and all the staffs where so attentive to my needs.
The breakfast was delicious, the room was comfortable, the water pressure was great, the terrace patio where you could have you coffee will be memorable, the hotel has such history (1600 AD) one of the first hotels build from the era of Venice antique…
The place was clean, they did renovations and is the place ro stay when you go to Venice.
I highly recommend it!

We booked deluxe hotel.130 € night.the hotel is in a charming location but the bath needs renovation as the shower is rusty and the bathwaste is stacked. Also our room was small.The breakfast is not as rich as you would expect for this price.There is no restaurant in the hotel. We asked to clean the room again the first nite as next to the fridge behind the chair it was very dusty.

In mancanza della sesta stella ci accontentiamo delle 5. La struttura è una Dimora storica veneziana, trasuda storia in ogni angolo - partendo dalla sala da pranzo dove si fa colazione seguiti dagli sguardi eterni impressi nelle numerose tele che ne costellano le pareti. Le camere hanno letti comodissimi (materassi alti e ben strutturati che garantiscono una grande qualità del riposo) ed il personale è sempre accogliente e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema si possa presentare anche (nel mio caso) andando di MOLTO oltre quanto prevederebbe il ruolo. Di solito pernotto al Lido, quest'anno quasi per caso ho prenotato per alcuni giorni su capodanno a Malamocco; scelta centratissima. 2 passi e sei alla fermata del bus che in 5 minuti di porta al vaporetto di Lido di Venezia S.M.E. Altra manciata di minuti e sei dove ti va di andare in quel della Serenissima ma quando vuoi un po' di tranquillità, dopo che ti sei anestetizzato di umanità in mezzo al chiasso di San Marco puoi goderti la Bellezza e la pace senza rinunciare agli agi. Ottimo sotto ogni punto di vista,
