Rodeway Inn Ventura
2.5/549 Reviews
For the extremely paranoid this might look liks a good hideout. 6' block wall with spears on top. Nothing to see. No plant life. Just ugly wall like some insane institution. For those driving to the coast to see some sights or feel the ocean breeze this is not the place to be. I have never seen a place like this in the Ventura area. Keep your door locked and hunker down til dawn. People milling around and shouting late at night so the wall just locks you in with the crazies. Want safety go someplace else and know that the nuts are all securely locked behind their walls at the Rodeway. In all fairness, we normally stay at Vagabond but it was surrounded by 10' hight chain link fences and armed guards. They say that all the COVID-19 cases are locked away there so maybe these walls are some effort for Rodeway to get that lockdown business the other motel used to fill itself not only to capacity but also tents in the parking lot
