Terrible free buffet. Queues of more than half an hour to get in to eat, more than 15 minutes to be served and then there was no food. There were also no plates and those that were there are wet and with food remains. The coffee machines didn't have milk,… in short it seems that nothing worked. There were many of us, they said. The capacity was apparently met but the kitchen and the service could not cope. Eat we didn't eat but they charged us if they charged us. We went for the Níjar Cup and although we had full board we ate out on the second day to avoid disaster again.

They just charged me €6.50 for a glass with a finger (horizontal) of Red Label whiskey. I have asked the waiter twice, if it is correct!! I can't help but be astonished, this is the filth that is brewing in the restaurant businesses of Spain...

The apar**ents have a fantastic location to enjoy Vera and its surroundings but they leave a lot to be desired. Broken, old and rusty furniture. The beds were horrible because apart from the fact that the mattress was a soft piece of gum, the bed base had broken slats. The bathroom had various moisture stains, a sign of neglect, the air conditioning button was broken and there were no instructions for use. Anyway.... They have a lot to improve for me to return or recommend it to someone.

I was there in September 2023 with my partner. I found the apar**ent spacious, clean and very bright. The staff is very good, especially the girls who come to change the sheets and towels, very friendly and attentive. The kitchenware was very good, I didn't miss anything. The only thing that went wrong and was reported to reception was that there were bugs in the bathroom every day, even though they said so, they continued to come out. There was some City Hall construction right in front of the complex, at the entrance door and under our terrace. The noise was terrible on the radio. We informed the person in charge of reception and they told us that if the same thing happened the next day, they would change our apar**ent, but this was not done, neither on the second day nor on the third, so 3 days at 8:00 a.m., they woke us up with The construction was very uncomfortable, we had to leave very early to not hear so much noise, despite having the doors to the terraces closed. It needs a renovation, it looks like it's already very old, but that wasn't what we liked the least. A shame about those two things.

Friendly staff, good sized rooms and bathroom. Air conditioning worked very well. Regarding the bad: -Dirty and totally neglected exterior, planters with garbage that were not cleaned in a week that I was there. The entire outdoor area, streets surrounding the apar**ents are generally very dirty, full of garbage, full trashcans that no one picks up. - Overwhelming common facilities, very low ceilings, they only have air conditioning in reception, the play area is extremely hot. Very long hallways with no nightlight, you have to turn on the lights in the dark. -Very small swimming pools (the photo they post is not true to what they are), and very dirty. -Bad smell of food in the room, especially at midday. - Broken and old armchair. Only 2 chairs in an apar**ent with 2 rooms, the same on the terrace, hardly any kitchen utensils. There was no hairdryer. -The dirty terrace, especially the one in the attic with pigeon droppings, and with a jacuzzi that has not worked or been cleaned for years..., better not even go up.

Good apar**ent, kitchen utensils and sofa bed need to be improved, it seems that they have changed management and are making changes little by little as they told us. The cleanliness also needs to improve. Very friendly staff and very attentive receptionists. It is not very close to the beach and parking is a problem. Still great vacation

The whole family went to a 3-bedroom apar**ent, it was very spacious and very clean. A short walk from the beach.
