Generally the hotel has good facilities, which are relatively new. Our rooms are family connecting rooms with large space. The rooms are very quiet and we had very good sleep. Location is ok as we need to catch the tram about 10 minutes reaching Geneve Cornavin. Service needs improvement as we notified the reception for room cleaning, but when we came back to room at 3:30pm, the room is still not yet cleaned. We rang the reception twice, the cleaner knocked our door and did cleaning. We are not happy for this. One more, on the check out date, we had breakfast around 7:15am and it looked like the veg and fruit salad was left over from yesterday's breakfast, not fresh. I talked with one of the hotel staff, but he did not say anything and went awsy. We did not eat it and put it aside on the table. The breakfast fee is eur28.00 per person, the hotel should provide fresh food for people who live in this hotel. We are not happy as well for this.

The hotel's location according to Google Maps was incorrect; I had to find it myself. Before booking, the interface showed 'Chinese Preferred' (implying Chinese language and other services), but in reality, there was none. I had to use a self-service machine for check-in. The hotel's hygiene was very poor. I didn't dare use the electric kettle, and when I twisted a towel to use it, I found a long hair (I'm a short-haired male traveling alone). The bedding was also the worst I've experienced on this trip to Europe! I didn't wear pajamas, and shortly after, my body started itching. If I hadn't checked in so late and wasn't catching an early flight, I would have changed hotels. Thankfully, customer service was very helpful and provided a solution!
