The room is quite big and really nice. I did not like the bathroom at all. The breakfast is good at like every other Novotel. Good place for 1-3 days.

Great hotel, near the bus station the staff is very helpful, the gym is small but very clean. The room is quite small but there's a lot of amenities, tea pot, table, chairs, and so more.

Nice locatoin , room size prefect and enough for parent and 2 kids , private parking available and easy , breakfast is normal

Compact rooms but very comfy stay & rooms. Great breakfast & staff. A bit stringent rules.

Had a good stay before flight

I temporarily planned to stay in Geneva for one more day, but the original hotel price skyrocketed to 2k+, so I chose this hotel. The transportation is quite convenient, you need to walk to the bus to the train station. The room is also large and the layout of facilities is the same as novo tradition. All the staff were nice except for one female at the front desk. . I probably just look down on the Chinese a little bit, my attitude is pretty d i a o 😕 but it doesn’t matter. Our child is a bit feverish and wants to rest for a while before leaving. I asked the two girls at the front desk for free late check-out until 2pm, thank you. If compared to the Geneva Hotel, I would personally recommend another hotel on Zurich Road. The facilities are good, the transportation is convenient, and you can walk to Lake Geneva to feed the birds.

The waiter had a bad attitude and was very arrogant. Note that the breakfast table on the first floor is prone to head collisions. I hit my head and started bleeding, but the waiter didn't care at all and said it had nothing to do with me, "You were the first to complain." The gym is small and has very little equipment. The extra bed in the family room is of poor quality and too small.

The hotel is very good, and they also send two bottles of water, slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush, which is very environmentally friendly. And there are buses, trains, and big supermarkets, as well as brand stores at the door, very convenient

A great idea for a family trip. The room facilities are good and the public transportation is very convenient.
