Nice property on a quiet street close to everything! Check in was quick and easy, the house was clean and nicely appointed. Slept well and enjoyed the space. I would definitely recommend this rental!

Excellent affordable option This is a very convenient location for groceries and restaurants on the mainland, short drive across the bridge to beaches and facilities on the island. We found the property clean very quiet and most affordable.

Rock Ridge II Property was nice. Well furnished and clean. Was incorrectly listed as a 3 bedroom when we booked. Owner had made some changes to the listing and the description got messed up. We were able to make the 2 bedrooms work since it was only a 2 day stay. The owner was kind enough to issue a partial refund and corrected the listing immediately.

Listing not accurate, host unfriendly This property was listed with a hot tub and a spa bath. Neither was present. While the home was clean, it appeared as if the cleaning crew didn't finish restocking. There were no paper towels, no toilet paper, no garbage bags in the trash cans. Coffee grounds still in the coffee maker. We found what we needed after searching in the garage. The host was unfriendly and minimally communicative. Would not rent again.
