Truly Verona

Key pick-up was a minor inconvenience, but the room itself was excellent – quiet and spotless!

The hotel's location is quite good, convenient for getting around. There are basically many apartment-style hotels available at this price point. My only discomfort was that one of the front desk staff wasn't very proactive in assisting Asian guests with check-in. On the contrary, someone who seemed to be a supervisor was very proactive in checking us in. I believe a good and experienced front desk staff member should treat every guest equally and not ignore us just because of our English proficiency.

Excellent location, right in the city center, with an Aldi supermarket just 50 meters away. The room was cleaned and the bed linen and towels were changed. The mattress in the bedroom was very comfortable. A working coffee machine was available. We also used the dishwasher and washing machine. We were upgraded to a different room upon arrival, at Piazza Citadella 16, but it was better than the one we booked.

It's really an apartment, not a hotel. It's well-equipped, the only downside is the lack of a reception desk.

The apartment is large, with two doors, and is very secure. It is right on the edge of the old town, but the parking lot is 35 euros a day and you still have to walk a distance.

The apartment was generally clean, but the shower drain was clogged and water was rising. It is close to the city center, so you can walk there, but it is located right next to the road, so you have to wake up to the sound of cars from early in the morning. Nevertheless, I am very satisfied with the location and accessibility. I rented it and visited, and it was convenient because there was a private parking lot. However, you have to pay a usage fee (15 euros / night).

Great accommodation in the heart of Verona. Very clean and comfortably furnished. Check-in was super easy and we can definitely recommend the apartment.
