All in all a disappointment. The receptionist was pleasant enough but the rest of the staff were not at all friendly, almost hostile. The walls are not soundproof so conversations and televisions could be heard from nearby rooms. The internet connection was poor, at least the connection that was made available was only accessible from the ground floor. There was a second router but I was told that the password was unknown. I tried and was successful in connecting to the second router by using the same password. The cleanliness of the lift left a lot to be desired.

Hotel situato in una zona di Vicenza non delle piu belle anzi. Ho avuto la pessima idea di prendere la suite che è risultata rumorosa e con vetri sporchi . Il personale della reception non molto gentili anzi alquanto frettolosi. La colazione per carità è meglio andare al bar. Il ristorante dove ho avuto la sfortuna di mangiare è meglio che chiuda con prezzi estremamente elevati in rapporto al cibo che viene rifilato

這是一個非常普通的酒店，有很多旅遊巴士來來往往。因為旅遊，大堂和早餐室都很擁擠。酒店工作人員被旅遊團淹沒了。房間很普通，維護得並不是很好。

Excelente hotel con una fabulosa relación calidad precio. Muy buen desayuno y excelente servicio. No esta bien situado pero es lo que estabamos buscando. La habitación limpia y el personal muy servicial
