Supermarket nearby. Bus station in front of the hotel. Big bed. Furniture a bit old. Nice staff and you can ask for extra amenities at the reception without cost. 40 min walk to city center

Clean and spacious room situated about 30 minutes walk from the centre of Verona. Bus service available. Staff were friendly and helpful, reception is open 24 hours which is great for late arrivals. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Verona

Hotel with good location. 2 stops from train station. Bus come every 15 minutes to 1 hour. Hotel use old style plugs. Can leave baggage at hotel.

Room is clear and comfortable, thanks to nice location, can take bus to downtown easily. However, worker at the front desk is unkind at all. I don’t know where she is from, but she acts like rasist. Because English is my second language, I’m not able to listen what she said at once. So I asked her to say her word again, and she raised her tone as she wanted to express her annoyance. I felt disrespectful from her attitude, and if I need to visit Verona again, I’ll find other accommodation even though all good points I mentioned at first. I hope the manager recognize the situation and do sth.

Nice hotel with all 4 star amenities. Not far from everywhere. Lidl supermarket is next door which can be very handy. Not far from the train/ bus station or the town centre.

Nothing to say, just great service

We recently stayed here for 5 nights to take in the sights of Verona and surrounding cities. While I can't complain about the price, and for that, it was a bargain, there were a number of issues that resulted in a less than perfect rating. The location: While it looks close to the main train station, it is about a 25 minute walk. However the 23/24/73 buses run regularly and pick-up / drop-off very close to the hotel Lidl: next door to the hotel is a Lidl - it was a godsend and well worth visiting (if only for the fresh cheese focaccia). The hotel itself was very clean but: - The rooms have wooden floors and the walls aren't super-thick. So, when someone checks in to their room nearby, you can hear everything. At midnight, it isn't great when they're walking in heels across the floor. - Lack of plug sockets - there was one usable plug in the room that is shared with the kettle, and one in the bathroom! - Air conditioning (or severe lack of) - the rooms have air con, however, it wasn't switched on and I was told by reception that at this time of year (October) they don't have it switched on. The room temp was in the high 20s which led to us not actually sleeping under the covers - we spend 5 night sleeping on top of the bed as the room was just too hot. We couldn't sleep with the window open as their was too much noise from outside. - The toilet flush was leaking 'hot water' - but this was repaired / replaced with a different toilet flush - Staff: They were helpful when housekeeping has vacuumed up one of my wife's earrings, but didn't offer any assistance with regards to the heating in the room
