A very small hotel with an excellent location. Proximity, about 100 m from Convention center and Arena. Safe, a lot of good restaurants, coffee bars and night life. Room: Not exactly as I expected. Too small, with no safe deposit (I had a lot of jewellery), and very bad bed ( severe back pain after 3 days). But, nice bathroom and accesories, all very nice quality. Reception: after "tension" on check-in, turned to be quite nice and i was offered a complimentary breakfast on the checkout.

Very clean and Comfortable hotel with good breakfast right in the heart of Verona’s center. They handled a small issue quickly and efficiently. Their staff is very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. We would certainly stay here again

The Hotel Europa in Verona is a very nice hotel with a helpful staff. It has a garage that the manager does an amazing job of helping guests place their cars in. One thing to be aware of about Verona -- there are a very great many one-way streets. It took a long time figuring out how to access the hotel with our car. In fact, when we arrived at the corner of the street on which the hotel is located, we discovered that cars were not supposed to drive down it. My husband stayed in the car while a walked 100 feet or so to the hotel for information about parking. The manager let us know that cars going to the hotel can drive down the street, so I walked in front of our car to the garage, letting people know that a car was coming (!) because it had to. Be sure to take taxis getting around in Verona. Driving is a nightmare!

I entered the Europa around 17:00 The woman behind the counter said no dogs and I told her my dog is certified as a service dog At that point the manager appeared and would not make any consideration He then proceeded to berate the woman with an angry tone I told him I would report this to ******* and he said something negative about ******* Not a place I would ever go again

This is a well-positioned hotel near Piazza Bra and everything Verona has to offer. I was there to attend a trade show at Veronafiere and it was a reasonable walk to there and to the train station.

We stayed for one night as we were attending an event at the Arena. The hotel is very close. Check in was easy and the room easy to find. It was a small room but fine for one night. The mattress was far too soft, I ached the next day as it gave no support. One thin sponge pillow was also not supportive. Breakfast was available with a basic selection of continental items. If you are visiting just the Arena and like a very soft bed and a thin pillow, then this hotel is perfectly situated and you will be happy here.

Very well placed close to all attractions. Rooms he size of shoe boxes...wasn't even room to open 2 suitcases. Matresses very soft and spongy; had pillows. Unhelpful and unsmiling staff (Family business?). Internet poor. Would avoid.

Hotel in pieno centro con garage. Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto di trovare la nostra auto pronta in strada al momento della partenza.Camera piccolina,ma pulita e gradevole. Prima colazione con poca scelta ,consiglio di mettere dei biglietti con i componenti delle torte( molto buone ) e per differenziare i tipi di croissants. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Con il prezzo che ho pagato e considerando che si tratta di un hotel a 3 stelle mi aspettavo qualcosa di più invece ho trovato solo i servizi essenziali: posizione in centro, colazione, TV, bagno... Gli hotel a 1 stella hanno gli stessi servizi e un prezzo decisamente meno alto. La vista sul cortile interno è orribile.
