I extended my stay in Verona by one night and they were very helpful in arranging for me to stay in the same room. The access to the train station was also good.

24-hour front desk, a true mark of a 4-star hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. The front desk service was excellent; they even helped me find a suitable charging head when my power adapter broke.

The room was a bit old but it was a self-contained suite. The hygiene was good, and I slept very well. It was nice to have a microwave, induction hob, and cutlery available.

The reception staff members were not particularly friendly. If the luggage storage is unguarded, it should be communicated to guests upon booking.

The hotel is a bit old and dated; the rooms are just about 3-star level.

Clean and tidy, with a kettle and complimentary bottled water. The front desk staff were nice.

Charming and Comfortable Stay at Hotel Firenze I had a lovely stay at Hotel Firenze. The interior is beautifully decorated, and the room was exceptionally clean. I especially appreciated the heated toilet—such a thoughtful touch! The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight each morning—delicious and beautifully presented. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, which made arrival and departure easy, though it’s a bit of a walk to reach the historic city center. Being next to a main road, there was some street noise, but it wasn’t disruptive. Overall, a charming and well-kept hotel that offers a pleasant and cozy stay.

Great location less than 10 min away from train station. Almost all attractions in walking distance, even up to the castle. Very clean and quiet if at the inner side. Fancy electrical control however not really intuitive as we didn’t find out how to switch off air condition. The breakfast is rich but quality may be improved.

A very cute old-fashioned hotel. Great location, only a few minutes from the Arena. Got a great balcony and view of the mountains. The breakfast options could certainly use a refresh. Apart from that, there's not much I could complain about.

The hotel is in a great location, but the staff made some confusion with my reservation, stating that I had asked for separate beds when I was traveling with my husband!

No words to say really and the fact that the guy who was resptionist told me this is not my responsibility and I am not a waiter to bring blankets for you was anoteher level. I really like to discuss this with their manager because I've been to that hotel before and I aimed to go again but I don't think so anymore. Not me and my family! The receptionist was not professional and they expected me to go to their other building to collect the blankets that they did not provide! They were rude that they wanted to get to my room with out prior permission from me to check if the room actually has blankets or not!!!! They did not trust my words as a guest!!! this was so not respectful and of course I did not let them in to the room at 11 pm while my parents are sleeping and told them to check the room while I am checking out in the morning!! OMG I was waiting for blanket since 12 pm!!!! And they said you should come and collect it because we don't have staff!!!! a 4 star hotel! And once I went there they actually had 2 staff!

Overall very good, moderate and convenient location, rich and delicious breakfast, the staff is friendly and helpful

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. It is close to the train station, a 10-minute walk away. Verona is a lovely little city and well worth a visit.
