Excellent location, very friendly staff. The room is large and very comfortable. Excellent place to sleep. However, we should note that the breakfast offered is neither continental nor American, as it only includes a glass of juice or coffee, a roll with a slice of salami, a croissant, and a cookie.

Nice hotel for visiting Verona, great location for visiting local bars and café. Only a 10 minute walk from the centre. Staff were helpful and pleasant. You get free bottle water each day. Check out is 10.30 not 11.

This is a really great place to stay. Our visit was for two nights 7th and 8th July. The receptionists were super helpful and friendly (thank you, Sophia) The room was clean, elegant and well fitted out with comfortable beds and a really neat mezzanine floor for the double bed in a family room. The breakfast in the Cafe a few doors away in Bar Wally was really nice and the people were also really friendly. The hotel is very well positioned close to the city centre. On top of all this it was excellent value for money. We loved Verona - chilled and cool city - and it helped that our welcome here gave us such a positive first impression. Thoroughly recommended.
