Wasn't cleaned on arrival. Had to go offsite to get key. No towel racks or holders. No toilet paper holder. Shower was not set up properly. A sheet had a hole in it. Furnishings were cheap.

This is not a hotel, it is a room, in a building. I was expecting a hotel and didn’t notice it was not it. It has the minumum you need from a hotel like toilettries and towels, but definitely quite different. Don’t expect someone going to clean the next day, or a mini bar, or a reception and a lobby. I expected something different.

Exactly as advertised and the photos. We got a good deal on ***********. Otherwise full price would have been over our budget. Super location. Just a couple of hundred metres or so from the entrance to the Piazza Bra and the Arena. 15 minute walk to the main train station for Garda and Venice. We also had a beautiful view from this 4th floor suite - with a lift. It’s one big apartment converted into 4 en-suite rooms. Plenty of space for 2 people. Would thoroughly recommend.

El cuarto esta bien acondicionado, pero Le falta mucho. No hay cobijas (después las pedí y las llevaron)ni jabón de manos, ni una botella de agua. Pague 500 euros por noche y ni siquiera jabón de manos hay. En el baño no hay donde colgar toalla, ropa, o lo que necesites colgar. Es un departamento hecho 5 cuartos para renta y no tiene nada mas.

Una settimana a Verona, ingannati dalle foto e dal nome. Faccio prima a dire l’unica cosa positiva della struttura, cioè la posizione molto centrale a 2 passi da tutto con parcheggi ecc… ma togliendo questo il resto non vale il prezzo proposto. Con la stessa cifra vai almeno in un 3 stelle che almeno la biancheria la cambia. Sconsigliato

Se vi piacciono Suite con arredamenti molto appariscenti, questo appartamento fa al caso vostro. In posizione strategica, a pochi passi dall’arena, in contesto silenzioso, la suite Venere è ottima come base per esplorare la città di Verona. Bel bagno (fantastiche le illuminazioni, magari qualche porta salviette/asciugamani non farebbe male); spaziosa la camera matrimoniale, salotto ampio con cucina a vista, dove è possibile utilizzare fino a due divani letto. Un terzo si trova nella camera matrimoniale. pulitissimo. Qualche piccolo inconveniente (serratura rotta al nostro arrivo), ma subito aggiustata da un efficiente sistema di supporto via whatsup. Una portafinestra forse da aggiustare e una maniglia doccia da registrare. Sottolineo l’efficientissima reception virtuale via whatsup. Le chiavi dell’appartamento vi verranno date in un luogo poco distante dall’appartamento, dove troverete anche un comodo ambiente dove trovare (a pagamento) armadietti porta bagagli dove potrete parcheggiare le vostre borse se in anticipo rispetto check in, per visitare ancora la città dopo il check out. (le chiavi le potete lasciare nell’appartamento, dopo averlo lasciato). Città bellissima. Consigliato.
