We stayed- 2 adults and 2 kids . The apartment was generously sized and had 2 bedrooms with 3 beds. Good location, on street paid parking nearby. The apartments was interesting, comfortable and clean. It is an old building on different levels with no lift so difficult if you have mobility issues. While the accommodation was good, the breakfast is possibly one of the worst I’ve had in any hotel in a long time. Hopefully that was just a one off.

Amazing, so clean and spacious.. I genuinely don’t think I’ve stayed in a cleaner hotel.. towels changed every day.. beds made, the bed.. I slept so well we missed our train to Venice! Staff are super friendly and polite.. a little gem that I am so glad we found. Verona holds a special place in my heart and out weekend at the hotel made it even more special. Thank you

Most disappointing. I have stayed here once or twice a year sometimes for over 10 years. I made a booking online for 2 nights and was called and asked why the room hadn't been vacated by 11am on the morning of day 2. Really stressful and although the front desk found us another hotel (thank you for that) it was miles away and no taxi was offered. The price for one night was the exact equivalent of the ''great'' offer for 2 nights. I was very embarrassed with how the whole experience was dealt with and won't be returning. Really unpleasant experience.

I had a wonderful stay while attending a conference. The staff were all professional, warm, friendly and attentive. The location was ideal for exploring the city as it was walking distance from many of the sights. The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. The facilities were all very modern although the building and decor feel charmingly historic.

Booked an apartment with a separate bedroom with a doublebed and an additional bed. The bedroom was not separate to the living room. The single bed was a foldout bed. The was hardly any cuttlery ind the kichen, no pots nor pans etc etc, hence was not even able to make a simple cup og tea. The “other room” in the flat is a useless room in the basement with no Windows. This apartment is misdescriped and not worth the money at all!!! And they charge you an additional 15 Euro if you use the kitchen. *** !!!!!!

The perfect stay, in a middle age convent. Spacious and very clean rooms. You have the feel of being transported back to the middle ages, but with all the modern facilities you require. The staff is wonderfull and welcoming. Search no further for your Verona accomodation. This is where you want to stay. This is a converted convent, so there are no lifts, but that's not a problem. If needed the staff will give you a helping hand. The reception and entrance doors are closed after 9.00 pm, but you're given a key, so there's no problem getting in after a late meal in wonderfull Verona. The convent is situated a mere 5 mins. walk from the arena. But it is also located outside the "no-drive" zone, so it is perfect if you arrive by car. The hotel also provide you with a residence parking allowance, so you're able to park your car as a residendent of Verona. Small fee apply. Trainstation, Porto Nouva, is 15 min. walking or 3 min by car/taxi. A brilliant stay for families, couples or friends. For longer stays, the rooms have kitchenettes which you may use for a small extra fee. Good aircondition. The breakfast is excellent, and the coffee they make is superb. When in Verona, stay here. We will come back for sure.

A large room in a beautiful building but you have to pay extra if you want to use the kitchenette in the room. There were no coffee and tea facilities but a kettle was provided when asked. You look out onto a brick wall on the opposite side of the road which can be quite noisy early in the morning. The breakfast staff were very attentive and even remembered and prepared delicious fresh scrambled eggs for me which was so considerate and kind.

Nice and friendly hotel about 20min walk from old city center. We got to check in early and they did great job decorating the room as we were on our honeymoon. We felt really welcome and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and clean, better than the pictures.

Beautiful antique home with many unique details like a bar in the basement of the bedroom. Stunning! very clean, central location and a very friendly host made our stay very pleasant. We would come back in a heartbeat.

The structure was overall clean except for a terrible smell of sewage in the bathroom which occurred every time the toilet was flushed from the bathroom in the room above. The reception service is poorly organised: there was no exchange of information between the staff during the daily change and each time it was necessary to repeat our requests which were promptly ignored. Lastly, the welcome was terrible not only due to the lack of courtesy of the guy who welcomed us, but also because he (despite having asked by telephone) had not warned us that it was practically very difficult to find parking in that area, and that the only one available was an improvised paid car park in the front yard owned by the facility. NOT recommended...

Residence Antico San Zeno is a great place. Nice, clean, safe place with friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent. Centrally located with famous San Zeno Basilica a short walk away. We would return next time.

A very pleasant hotel, my rooms are large, nicely furnished and perfectly equipped (a small full kitchen was a nice surprise). Very well located, close to the center while being away from the noise of the center. The hosts are charming. Good continental breakfast at a very attractive price.
