San Leonardo Suites

We have been staying at this hotel for 4 nights. The room with a good bed, comfortable and large. No closets for clothes. It only has some bars with hangers to hang. There is no place to leave the suitcase open. One of the ones we had was on the desk. The spacious bathroom. Towels are changed every 3 days unless you specifically request it. But the worst, the breakfast! There is nothing. The rock-hard rolls, an industrial sponge cake, some cooked ham and slices of cheese, hard-boiled eggs, no hot breakfast (scrambled food, omelette...), the same pancakes every day. You can't toast anything. If you want toast, the manager takes some slices of whole wheat bread from a bag and toasts them in a frying pan. In short, a shameful breakfast. It has no reception. They are only present between 7 am and 11 am. Outside of these hours, if you need them, for example, because you have forgotten the key in the room, the mistake can cost you between €100 and €200. I'm not exaggerating! It is written in the instructions they give you with the key.

Excellent for several reasons, Strategic position no more than 500 meters from the historic center of Verona, far from the ZTL sp**** "pitfall" beyond the Adige Free parking included in the offer (and it is not an option that others offer) New structure, well furnished and quiet, fast WiFi and silent heating Last but not least, the kindness and helpfulness of the receptionist, a courtesy not always found in hotels In summary, highly recommended (note: I stayed in a room, not in a flat )

La habitación y el baño son amplios, aunque no tiene armarios cerrados. El desayuno es malo. La ubicación es buena, aunque no está en el centro. No tiene recepción, y si se te olvida la llave en la habitación o necesitas algo que no sea urgente, la penalización es de 100 o 200 €, dependiendo de la hora. Increíble, pero cierto.

Struttura di recente costruzione e dotata di ogni comfort che si possa desiderare. Ubicazione strategica a pochi passi dal centro di Verona. Colazione variegata e di ottima qualità. Il posto auto incluso e riservato è stato veramente molto gradito. Il personale è qualificato, gentile e disponibile. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Consigliato!!
