First of all, we are bewildered to know where the hotel entrance is located. This hotel has only 6 rooms and each room is very big, more than 50 square meters. It is situated in a quiet area and is very close to the Arena. The breakfast (15 euro) is put in a wooden box and delivered to each room. I was surprised to see the content of this box, which included a lot of good things. You should try to taste. Then we went to visit the winery, which the owner of this hotel manages. Wine tasting and exploring vin yard was very interesting. It costs 39 euro, but not expensive considering the contents of the entire tour. We are ready to highly recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

We had a fantastic stay in Verona and enjoyed the big, clean room, the location in the city centre and the fantastic breakfast. We especially enjoyed the warm welcoming and the service during our stay. We’ll be back and will recommend the wine suites to family and friends.

Although staff, location and room were quite nice I absolutely cannot recommend the place. My cycle got stolen out of the locked courtyard and the hotel is not willing to compensate my loss eventhough it advertises "secured parking" If you like your stuff search for another place...

Stayed for 2 nights, checked in at 5pm went to the room discovered the safe was locked tried to get help to open it no one was there and I had to wait for the next day. At night noticed the a/c was not working and the toilet heater was turned on, on maximum and there was no way to turn it off. Spent the first night sweating as the temperature was 26 degrees. Next day they turned off the heater and fixed the a/c, when it was time to go to sleep I tried to turn the a/c temperature up as the room was freezing. Discovered that there is no way to do that and I can not turn the a/c off. Although I asked for a quite room they placed me in a room over looking the Main Street.

Il vero plus di questa struttura è sicuramente la posizione, vicinissimi al centro in posizione strategica per raggiungere moltissime delle attrazioni turistiche/culturali della città. Personale cortese e disponibile, anche in fase di prenotazione disponibili a risolvere ogni problema (come quello del parcheggio della macchina, troppo grande nel nostro caso per gli angusti spazi a disposizione). La stanza elegante, sobria moderna ci è piaciuta. La colazione, se richiesta viene portata in camera, carina l'idea, purtroppo nessun prodotto tipico, colazione all'italiana, sarebbe stato carino poter scegliere ma probabilmente la struttura non è organizzata allo scopo, comunque peccato. La cifra circa 200,00 euro a notte non è poca ma competitiva rispetto ad altre strutture in posizioni simili. Mi permetto di consigliare una maggiore cura ad alcuni dettagli (divano macchiato, angolo della doccia ... ) Comunque soddisfatti.

Relais a pochi minuti di cammino a piedi dalla zona pedonale di Verona e alle spalle dell’arena, in un bel palazzo signorile. Camere molto particolari e confortevoli. Possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto all’interno al costo di 25€. Colazione non compresa nel prezzo., se svelta e’ servita direttamente in camera visto che manca un’area comune. Laura deliziosa ci ha accolti con il sorriso e regalato anche un up grade in una camera più grande. Prezzi in linea con quello che offre. Consigliato.

Ho soggiornato presso la struttura per tre anni consecutivi per lavoro, periodo Marmomac. Parcheggio pressoché inesistente, giusto per sole due macchine piccole, quindi, costretto a parcheggiare fuori, ho preso una decina di multe. L’entrata è troppo stretta, se avete un suv non entrate. Camera spaziosa, comoda e moderna. Il bagno però è piccolo e non c’è il bidet. Anche dopo il Covid la colazione viene servita in camera, non ne capisco il motivo. La colazione è bella e abbondante, peccato che il salato non si possa mangiare, perché chiuso in barattoli sottovuoto impossibili da aprire. (Sperimentato anche dai miei colleghi) 300€ a notte assolutamente ingiustificati, do una stella solo per la posizione centrale della struttura.

Bereits zum 5. Mal war das Massimago unser Hotel der Wahl für das Opernfestival. Schöne, sehr große Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht, nahe zur Arena, ruhig, mit Klimaanlage. Auch wenn man auf dem Zimmer frühstücken "muss" - die "Frühstückskiste", die pünktlich auf das Zimmer geliefert wird, enthält ein großartiges kontinentales Frühstück, sehr reichlich, frische Croissants und Brötchen und Torte obendrein. Wir kommen gern wieder!
