Hotels near Verona Porta Nuova Railway Station, Verona

Excellent stay, thank you so much to Lorenzo and Martina who were so attentive. This place is a true gem! The room was beautiful and bed was very comfortable. The location was also superb!

For the accommodation, I paid a total of €199.13 through Trip.com. This consisted of €185.13 paid online in advance and an additional €14.00 paid locally. However, upon our arrival at the accommodation, we were unexpectedly asked to pay an additional €66.20. This additional charge was not clearly disclosed to me during the booking process on Trip.com. In particular, there was no clear indication that we would be required to pay an additional €66.20 upon arrival. I ultimately paid the €66.20, even though I did not agree with the additional charge. The reason was that we were already at the accommodation and needed somewhere to stay. I did not want to risk being denied access to the apartment and being left without accommodation. I also informed the host/property manager at the time that I would clarify the matter with Trip.com afterwards. I therefore request that you investigate this matter and provide a full refund of the additional €66.20, provided that this fee was not properly and transparently disclosed during the booking process. I would also like you to clarify: * Why was the €66.20 charge not clearly disclosed during the booking process? * What exactly was the €66.20 charge for? * Why was this amount only requested upon arrival? * Was this additional charge actually permitted under the terms agreed between Trip.com and the property? Please provide me with a written explanation and arrange a refund of €66.20. I would also like to make clear that I paid the additional amount solely because I was already at the property and did not want to risk being left without accommodation. My payment should therefore not be interpreted as acceptance that the charge was properly disclosed or valid under my original booking. Thank you for investigating this matter. I look forward to your response. Kind regards,

This hotel was about 20 minutes walk from the train station and also about 20 minutes walk into the main town areas. I had to check in late and the lady who let me in was very friendly and helpful even though we struggled to understand each other. The room was very nice. I loved the fact that the windows were completely black out if you wanted them to be.

Pleasant stay in the heart of attractions and shopping streets.

The room is in great location, can go everywhere on foot, spacious room and private bathroom. However the room is a little bit cold as the heater does not work well

best location, modern and clean facility, kind reception. it was really nice to stay nothing bad 😊

This hotel is featured in the ”Landscape Guide.” Despite its location near the Arena, the rooms are very quiet. The building itself is old, so conversations in the hallways echo. The facilities themselves were fine, and the windows even had screens for summer. There was no kettle in the single room. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and I thought it was worth the price. I'd like to return if I have the chance to see an open-air opera.

At first, I was hesitant to book this hotel because of the limited reviews. I wasn't sure whether to choose this one or another 4-star hotel, but in the end, I went with this hotel due to its proximity to the train station (1 km) and better rates. To my surprise, everything was great—the room was a good size and very clean. There's also an elevator to reach the rooms, so you don't have to worry about carrying your luggage up stairs. staff are friendly too , they will recommend you where to visit in Verona. The downside, however, is that the room's soundproofing isn't very strong. I could hear people running or walking in the corridor outside. Additionally, the room key is a traditional key with a heavy keychain, rather than a key card. But it wasn't a major issue for me, as you can leave the key at the reception. The breakfast was decent for the price.

Excellent and spacious apartment. 10 mins walk to the centre of town in a straight line. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Very cozy and nice small touches in the decor. Check in was a bit bizarre told to go to another place 1 km away with all my luggage. Then got a mail to say the apartment was ready and could go straight to it. Maid banged loudly outside on the door at 10 am which was surprising since check out was 11 am. Don’t let these two small gripes put you off because it’s a great spot.

The hotel says it is a good location to start the city discover, but it is too far. Price is ok, this was the main reason the hotel was chosen. It can be reached by bus from central station or city center, but with heavy luggage really uncomfortable because the bus station is in 300 meters and the surface of the streets is old and partly damaged. Breakfast is ok, have enough, a lot of Chinees people made it uncomfortable, as usual 🙄. Crazy situation with the elevator, as one of them was broken and the other occupied constantly. Very long wait. The staff is polite, try to be quick but not enough if there are many people there. Inside the room is ok absolutely, but beware you can be too exhausted to enjoy it 🙂
