Iconic Rimini hotel. We loved the historic exterior and public areas, especially the Fellini lounge. The gardens are beautiful and the pool area was relaxing, if rather small given the size of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. On the negative side, the bedroom had a period charm but the furniture was old and not in an antique way. There was also a lot of ambient noise from the fridge which we disconnected at night and the AC, which we never managed to shut down. The bathroom in particular could do with a serious refurb. The spa looked good but we weren't going to pay Eur 80 per person just to use the sauna and sit by the indoor pool. There is a private beach but charging up to Eur 95 for loungers is a steep extra - that said, the room rate was reasonable. Service was polite but not exceptional. On the whole, we enjoyed the hotel but it is teetering on the edge of looking tired, some major investment will be necessary sooner rather than later.

Lack of sunshine around the pool We stayed (3xAdult, 1xTeen) for four nights whilst attending a sporting event nearby. On entering the hotel, it looked pleasant. On entering our room however, we got old damp kind of smell. The fridge did not function and we reported it on several occasions and it was never fixed. We did have an issue with the plug in the bathroom sink, which they rectified by removing the plug entirely. Housekeeping staff did a great job in the limited conditions. The room is very narrow, there is luggage table behind the door, meaning you cannot open it fully, and the bathroom is old, dated, and prone to leeks. However, shower pressure is good. We were told halfway through our stay the hotel is under new management. This is bringing a full refurbishment over the coming months and so explains why we were awoken before 8am one morning to the sound of hammering and banging. Would we stay again, probably not. There are so many alternatives in the area with similarly great locations, but with better facilities, for similar prices.

I stayed at the Hotel St.Gregory for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast is very plentiful and delicious. The pool is brand new, always clean and perfect to spend an afternoon in peace. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they also recommended great restaurants nearby. The location was great, the view from the room was stunning. I have nothing negative to say, our stay was perfect. Super recommended!🤩

This is an excellent boutique hotel! Rooms: For Italian standards the rooms are very big! They are also very clean and still look new! Pool: Very small pool but it is heated. So you can enjoy swimming also during the night (until 23 o'clock). Lobby: small but nice looking! Beach: very close to the hotel. Fine sand, good quality sunbeds and umbrellas. Staff: very very friendly staff. Improvement: the breakfast is the same every day. Since is a small hotel also the breakfast is not too varied. So a little variation will make it more attractive. Also, there are no olives. Italy is famous for the quality and variety of olives, use this advantage!

It is the second year in a row that I spent my holiday at Ca'Vanni hotel and I am planning to return next year. You can find, of course, way more luxurious hotels in Rimini (all depends on your budget) but even if I could afford a fancier hotel, I would return here. Reasons are very simple: -extremely caring and polite staff -breakfast is excellent -rooms are spot on and cleaned daily -helpful receptionists when it comes to small additional requests -cozy and familiar environment -location is great, very close to the beach All in one...these guys rock. Stayed at this hotel just one night before heading to San Marino. The location is superb,just two blocks from Rimini train station. The hotel is at the corner of street. The lobby is clean and staffs are very helpful. The room is clean and spacious,not very modern but very neat. I have the corner room at the highest floor with good view and a small balcony that can stand there to enjoy the view. The bed is average,the bathroom is bright and water power was excellent. Room provides free coffee and tea, a small safe and slipper. The breakfast was average but adequate with hot items. Coming out from lobby turn right,walk strait then you will arrive at Piazza Tre Martiri, the old part of Rimini. The stone bridge of Rimini also walkable around ten minutes from hotel. Surrounding the hotel don’t have eating place,just a simple chinese restaurant in front of the hotel. But at old town there are plenty of restaurants. As this is a business hotel then no swimming pool and kids playing area. Considering the location,then highly recommended for those who plan a short stay in Rimini.

We spent 2 excellent nights at the Imperiale, revisiting San Guiliano after a gap of several years. All the staff at reception and in the restaurant were so helpful and friendly, dinner and breakfast were very good. We used the hotel bikes to once again visit the beautiful centro storico of Rimini, Piazza Cavour, the Tempio Malatestiano, the Fellini museo and the redevelopment around the Rocca. An added bonus was talking football with Guido and his friends in the evening. Thanks everyone.
