The receptionist is the boss. He is arrogant and has a very bad attitude. He will also threaten customers. The hotel stipulates that he should arrive at 2pm, but he is late and doesn't say anything. When the guest says something, he starts to look like you can't come again
The location is also very poor. Although other hotels are more expensive, the reception is always at the front desk. The guests are very reassured and very not recommended

COME STRUTTURA NON E' RECENTISSIMA, MA E' MOLTO SPAZIOSA E PULITA. SITUATA IN UN POSTO STRATEGICO IN QUANTO IN POCO TEMPO SI E' NEL CENTRO DI VICENZA.HA UN PARCHEGGIO COMODO ALL'ESTRNO. ADICENTE E' PRESENTE UN SUPERMERCATO. IL BAGNO E' SPAZIOSO.

We stayed here as a small group for two nights in this hotel. It was very clean, very nice, breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Showers were the size of a small phone booth. Beds were comfortable, and it was a pleasant stay. Everything we needed for a quiet evening and a good sleep. Would stay here again. Reasonable distance from Venice.

very poor reception, most of the time they were not at the desk, and not helpful. I want to request to get a refund of my payment. both nights we had the air conditioning leaking fluid to our room. Location was the worst possible.

Bed base ruined by wear and tear and no remote control to turn on the air conditioner which I turned on by climbing onto a sofa and turned on with the power button.
