Food was bland but ok at Cafe. Hotel was a good place to stay the night.

Herman in maintenance was awesome to get heat going with unexpected cold weather. Front desk could use improvement, won’t answer phone if you try to call.

Our stay was mid Nov 2025. The room was not clean. The bathroom worse. Towels were stained and threadbare. Bed sheets did not match, in fact bottom fitted sheet would not stay on its corners. It was obviously a mismatched queen sheet stretched to fit king bed. The top sheet was stained. The headboard was greasy and dirty. Another disappointment discovered as two lamps in the room had no bulb. Coffee maker was rust stained, dirty and way passed its prime. No way would anyone want to use it. Tub fixtures, especially the showerhead was not clean. Altogether the room was excessively worn and shabby and did not smell fresh. The elevator was dingy and dirty. A slippery when wet floor-sign was in the 6th floor lobby throughout our stay, but floor appeared dry. One of the front desk staff was attentive, curteous, cheerful and addressed us by name.

The room was great, breakfast was coffee and muffins, couldn't get dinner because restaurant was closed for private event, staff was very nice.

Very quaint and clean. We very much felt that we were back in Paris. We will definitely stay here again
