Nice views, clean rooms, friendly personnel. However, I would like to offer some constructive criticism. The hotel advertises that beach access is free for hotel guests, while also offering the option to pay for the use of beach chairs. In practice, however, the hotel’s beach chairs occupy virtually all of the available space, and guests are not allowed to place their towels or sit on the sand near the sea. This means that the only place where guests who do not wish to pay the additional €50 for a couple of beach chairs can sit is next to the wall, as shown in the picture I am attaching. I find this particularly disappointing and, frankly, humiliating. After paying €200 or more per night for a room, guests are effectively given the “choice” of paying an additional €50 to sit in a desirable location by the beach, or paying nothing and being relegated to a small area next to the wall. In my view, this is not a genuine choice, but rather a system that makes guests who do not wish to pay the additional fee feel like second-class customers. I believe the hotel should reconsider this policy and ensure that beach access advertised as free for hotel guests provides a reasonable and dignified experience, regardless of whether they choose to pay extra for a beach chair.
