The staff is quite nice and helpful, including the people at the restaurant/bar. It is a little bit far from the very small city centre, but that is no major issue as you seldom would need to go there.

Beautiful property but away from town. Lots of issues with power loss. Two nights out of 3, the AC went off for all night. Service at night is not available by phone.

The waterfall is a bit of a distance away, so walking to the town center is a little tiring, but the guesthouse was very comfortable, quiet, and peaceful with its lush garden. All the staff were kind, polite, and friendly, making for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was made to order every morning. There are two swimming pools, and they are very clean, so I used them several times (almost exclusively). I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.
