The hotel is in a good location with convenient transportation. The environment is very good and clean. The staff is warm and friendly. The breakfast is good👍Recommended, and the dinner made by the chef is also very good👍

Accommodation booked for Big Falls trip It's been 7 months in Africa, but this is pretty good The amenity brand was a bit disappointing, but it wasn't enough to bother me The pool water quality was not so good, but it was perfect for lying on the sunbed It's far from the airport, but it's relatively close to Big Falls National Park and famous cafes, so I think it was okay

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Pros: Only a few rooms with thatched roofs, quiet, there is a swimming pool. Well-kept grounds. The beds are comfortable, there is air conditioning and a fan. Good breakfasts. Excellent dinner (for an extra fee). There is always water in the room - 2 bottles. Excellent staff, Cindy helped us a lot, you can book excursions with them. Cons: no hair dryer, but it is available upon request. There is nothing near the hotel, nowhere to go, only by taxi, and it is not cheap. We ordered at the hotel. The cost of the transfer to the airport is overpriced, 18 dollars per person, although you can find it for 10.

Staff were excellent, cleaned the room well and were always nice. There is a lot of work that needs to be done with the property itself ie New Doors. The towels could do with replacing. The breakfast area isn't the best, but they could set outside as it's not been raining.Coffee wasn't the best. The breakfast could do with a few options being added.

We stayed 10 days and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The bed slept well with good linens. The major lack was no hot water in the evening and management seemed to lack commitment to customer service. Vegetarian food options were very limited so on site restaurant was not helpful. Would look to stay elsewhere in the future.
