Accommodation booked for Big Falls trip
It's been 7 months in Africa, but this is pretty good
The amenity brand was a bit disappointing, but it wasn't enough to bother me
The pool water quality was not so good, but it was perfect for lying on the sunbed
It's far from the airport, but it's relatively close to Big Falls National Park and famous cafes, so I think it was okay

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
Pros: Only a few rooms with thatched roofs, quiet, there is a swimming pool. Well-kept grounds.
The beds are comfortable, there is air conditioning and a fan.
Good breakfasts. Excellent dinner (for an extra fee). There is always water in the room - 2 bottles.
Excellent staff, Cindy helped us a lot, you can book excursions with them.
Cons: no hair dryer, but it is available upon request.
There is nothing near the hotel, nowhere to go, only by taxi, and it is not cheap. We ordered at the hotel.
The cost of the transfer to the airport is overpriced, 18 dollars per person, although you can find it for 10.

The hotel is nice, situated not far away from the city centre. Clean, big room, tasty breakfast, strong internet, nice atmosphere and area :) staff is incredible. We book for one night, but prolonged for 2 more. Definitely would like to come back. Thank you!!!

The Little Outlook is a nice guesthouse located in a quiet part of Victoria Falls and offers 7 rooms. The tastefully furnished and decorated B&B provides a pleasant atmosphere. Nice garden and complimentary parking at the property. At night, the premises is guarded. Service is friendly & helpful. We had a nice, isolated cabin with a good king-size bed. Windows open but don’t have mosquito screens. The room had desk & chair, open wardrobe, fridge & airco, tea & coffee facility and terrace with table & chairs. The separate modest bathroom had washbasin, shower, and toilet. All was clean. A good breakfast is served: eggs made to order (including Eggs Benedict), a full English breakfast, bread & toast, cereals, cold cuts & cheese, juices & fresh fruit, yoghurts, tea & coffee. The Little Outlook is a charming & well-maintained guesthouse, and we had an enjoyable stay. Recommended.

This is such a charming lodge! Kay and Byron took incredible care of us, and even went out of their way to learn our names! I’m so grateful for their kindness!
