The Courtney Lodge

Wow! Just wow! What an incredible place. The Courtney Lodge was our first stop on a long African holiday. What a great place to start. Beautiful setting and wonderful staff. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were super spacious. When I arrived, I need a fridge for my medication and Sindy arranged for a mini fridge to be brought to our room. How kind! Alex was very helpful to advise us about taxis and safety. All the staff were wonderful. The communal grounds were spectacular. The breakfast was so delicious and Trefor was simply the nicest person who made us feel so welcome. We cannot recommend it more!

We enjoyed our stay at The Courtney Lodge. They staff was amazing. They booked excursions for us and made sure we were picked up right on time. Our room was very comfortable with a/c, coffee and nice hot shower. The grounds were beautiful and full of plants and flowers. If you want a very private and relaxed atmosphere this is it. I almost forgot about the meals. Chef cooked everything to perfection. We recommend 100 percent. Thank you We are the Millers Ed and Shannon

I stayed at this beautiful lodge in May this year. It is such a peaceful and tranquil place just on the edge on Victoria falls. The accommodation was very spacious and had all the amenities you would require. As for the staff they were second to none, prior to our arrival I advised them of the activities we would like to do and Justice arranged all of them including the taxis and lunch or dinner whichever was appropriate, they couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay so memorable.

My family and I stayed at The Courtney for 2 nights and I can't recommend it enough. It's close to town/the falls, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the lodge itself is very quiet and tranquil, set in beautiful gardens. Our room was large and well equipped and included mosquito nets. Wouldn't hesitate to go back if we're ever in the area again.

Our stay at this charming little lodge in Victoria Falls was absolutely wonderful! It has such a cozy, intimate atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. The lodge was impeccably clean, and every detail was clearly well cared for. The food was delicious. What truly made our experience special was the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff — everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and personal place to stay in Victoria Falls, this lodge is a true gem. Highly recommended!

From start to finish the staff at Courtney Lodge were all exceptional. Whether arranging transportation, advising on restaurants (although the on-site is also very good) or just having a chat, they were all amazing. Rooms were excellent and the meals were all superb. 100% a place we would stay again and recommend.
