The Victorian Manor

The Victorian Manor was a fantastic place to stay. The hotel has an interesting history. It has been lovingly restored retaining many of it's Italian Victorian features. The staff are really lovely. So helpful and friendly they couldn't do enough to help us. We stayed one night and returned later for 3 nights and they greeted us like old friends and up graded us to the lovely apartment complete with its own pool. The food was amazing and we were lucky enough to have family of elephants visit one evening. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here

We stayed at The Victorian Manor for two nights while visiting Victoria Falls, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Located just a 20-minute walk from town, the manor offers a peaceful retreat in beautiful surroundings. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. A special compliment to the chef! The food was great. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. What truly sets this place apart, however, is its unique atmosphere. Staying here feels less like a hotel and more like being welcomed into a luxurious private home filled with character and charm. Be sure to ask about the history of the manor—it adds an extra dimension to the experience and makes your stay even more memorable. We would happily stay here again.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was a beautiful property. The staff were very friendly and answering all our questions related to tours and excursions. MC was especially helpful in accomodating our meals as we requested vegetarian food and was always friendly and cordial. The turn down service was always ready for us when we returned for the day including drawing the mosquito nets and we had no insect problems.

Very well managed and clean property with very hospitable staff. MC was particularly very attentive to our dietary restrictions and the chef was kind enough to make us special food. We are very grateful to everybody, thank you so much!

We stayed there for four nights eventhough we were originally supposed to stay in another lodge. At the begining we were a bit sceptical about that. This place is absolutely amazing. The room was vey spacious and the bathroom even more. A very well maintenend and spotless place. The staff were amazing and very friendly, but above all very helpful and polite. They never said no to any of our requests. Always smiling and always greeting us. All meals were freshly prepared and delicious.

This B&B is 6 stars! The hospitality! The rooms! The beautiful garden! The little personal touches! I would stay here over and over again and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Have just spent 2 nights in one of the villas. The accomodation was lovely, spacious and really comfortable. Even more impressive are the staff and the level of service that they provide. I wasn’t able to get all of their names but a special shout out to Doubt who looked after us incredibly well. Also I think the food was the best we have had during our two weeks in Africa.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Victorian Manor in Victoria Falls. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive — nothing was ever too much trouble. They even helped us sort out a few hiccups with our day trips, which made everything so much smoother. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches — like packed breakfasts on the mornings we had to leave early for activities. It’s that kind of attention to detail and genuine care that really stands out. The kids loved it too — they even had a dip in the pool, despite it not quite being swimming season! It was a perfect mix of comfort, hospitality, and charm. A truly great place to stay — highly recommended if you’re visiting Victoria Falls!
