A beautiful new lodge with well-maintained grounds. The staff is very attentive and even sang a wonderful African song to my husband for his birthday. There's a shuttle service to and from the waterfall every hour throughout the day. They also help with organizing helicopter tours. The evening menu is delicious. The breakfasts are also excellent.

Excellent service, beautiful gardens. Clean and huge rooms. Staff is amazing. A special shout out to Nkosi, a waiter who went out of is way to accomodate my mom who is diabetic and Muzie who drove us to the lookout cafe. Amazing friendly caring people.

The ambience of the hotel is very nice. The food was absolutely fabulous and I especially loved meeting the staff who were cordial and warm.

Beautiful garden area, very clean rooms, nice breakfast. Staff are plentiful and professional… I want to single out our driver Muzie in particular who was amazing to our group of 6, he really took exceptionally good care of us! We have visited Vic Falls several times and would definitely recommend Waterfalls Lodge

We stayed at Waterfalls Lodge for one night and it was the perfect way to begin our trip. Being only a short distance from the falls meant that we were able to visit the falls which were beyond impressive. From the moment we arrived, all members of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we could have asked for after travelling. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great selection and excellent quality. Although our stay was only brief, the team made it feel special and set the standard for the rest of our holiday. We left wishing we could have stayed longer. A fantastic lodge with exceptional hospitality that we would happily recommend to anyone visiting Victoria Falls.

This resort is a must-stay, with pristine pools, lush and beautiful landscaping, excellent dining and bar, friendly staff to help with booking local excursions, and hotel shuttles to and from local activities.

Fantastic stay with luxury rooms and extremely helpful staff. We stayed 2 nights enjoying the pools, gorgeous tropical landscaping and great food. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, even opening up the conference room with a projector for us to watch the World Cup Final which was a highlight of our stay.
