Victoria Falls Rainbow Hotel

3/5 ⭐ Victoria Falls Rainbow Hotel has a good location, but overall, I don’t think it is worth the price. The hotel feels dated, and for the amount charged, I expected a much better overall experience and standard. The breakfast was particularly disappointing—it cost US$33, per person, which is extremely expensive for what was offered. The bakery items did not taste fresh at all and seemed as though they had been baked days earlier. For US$33, I expected fresh, quality food, so the breakfast was definitely not worth the price.

Stayed here for three days. The most important thing we liked: there is a big mosquito net above the bed, so during sleeping you will be quite well protected. The only thing we didn’t really like: the staff always said they had no change, but I know they did. Please handle it if possible.

This is my 2nd time here, but it wasn’t pleasant. The power cut in the morning, no hot shower, hotel used generator which is so noisy and I couldn’t continue my sleep. The location is good

I enjoyed the tranquility and food. The hotel staff were courteous but at times appeared overwhelmed.

The hotel room had cracked shower screen bottom of old bed falling away dirty netting over the bed, we were moved to a much better room however had to run hot water for half hour to get a hot shower. People very nice.

Staff are attentive and helpful. Good location and only a short walk to town. Comfortable bedding.
