Great lodge, helped me setup the morning trip to Devil’s Pool across the border. Really helpful and friendly staff. The room was spacious and very well designed. Well worth the price.

The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with local cultural elements and an Instagram-worthy style; the window offered a scenic view. The service was even better: 1. The restaurant recommendations and driver information provided by the receptionist were very reliable. They helped us plan our time, allowing us to experience Victoria Falls and the local way of life during our short stay. 2. The breakfast was excellent. The coffee was delicious. A truly delightful breakfast. 3. Turndown service was provided. The hotel was also very safe. Oh, and I must give a shout-out to Gamu, the receptionist! A hundred thumbs up!

The hotel offered excellent value for money. I was very satisfied with the service, facilities, environment, and restaurant. I only stayed one night, and after checking out the next day, I left my luggage at the hotel. I went to the waterfall without a raincoat and umbrella, and got completely soaked. When I returned to the hotel, the front desk staff helped me find a cleaned room so I could shower and change. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I would recommend it to travelers looking for even better value.
