Thankful! Unfortunately I had a short stay, but they did everything! Starting of airport transfer, helicopter, walking! Absolutely amazing experience!

Wonderful stay. Staff were super warm and welcoming! We had an incredible stay! The rooms, while small are clean and comfortable. The pool area is stunning. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you for a wonderful time!

A good hotel for Africa. Well-kept and large territory. In the reviews they write that it is next to a waterfall. Close, of course, but it is still a long way to go. Those who think that they go out of the gate and immediately there is a waterfall are mistaken. The room is small, there is no TV or refrigerator. Breakfasts are meager. On the plus side - they checked us in earlier than the allotted time. But here the local travel agency helped, since we had bought a day excursion.

Отель на честные 3 звезды. Номера немного уставшие, на территории домики с очень плотной застройкой, внутри пахнет сыростью. Сервис на высоте, персонал очень старается, везде чисто, территория ухожена. Завтраки плохонькие, буфет очень скромный, но для 3-х звёзд норм. До водопада примерно 1 км, в тишине слышно, как он гремит.

The property is beautiful, staff are outstanding and anything is possible just ask for it. My sandals sole went undone due to the heat and the staff fixed them within 20 mins. Amazing service. Only points are that the chalettes are not noise isolating so you hear everything around you and humidity smell is real. But it is a great place and amazing value for money.

Not a fault of the property, helicopters are hovering 8:00 am to 6:00pm if property is near the falls. Staff is incredibly friendly at this hotel. Food is ok. Property is very convenient for shopping.
