There is no elevator, no slippers, toothbrush, and hairdryer towels. The overall environment is good, but only when you arrive do you know that you will use a credit card to collect a deposit when you check in.

The service at the front desk is very friendly. There are vending machines where you can buy snacks. The heating in the room is sufficient. The toilet and room are also clean. The transportation is also convenient. It is a 10-minute drive from downtown. The only downside is that no slippers are provided.

I've stayed at this location multiple times in the last 4 months. My last stay i paid a little extra for the king room with large tub with separate shower, unfortunately the shower had a poor installation making it feel cheap. The washroom could definitely use some work. It smelled like it might have had water damage in the past , and the paint could have been done better. Overall i would still stay this hotel again but would just stay in a regular room. The price is great for what you get.

The room was affordable clean and close to amenities such as the Royal Jubilee hospital . Staff were helpful and we would rebook again .

Clean, convenient and hassle free. Nothing fancy. Not a complaint just an observation, the room was on the hotter side even after I turned the heat off but definitely better than the heat not working. I would stay there again.

Towel had orange dot on it don’t wanna use any of the towels provided hence I didn’t know if they were clean or not, their was people screaming in the hotel 2am-4am didn’t get much sleep, would suggest spending the extra money for a more peaceful hotel. Cheers

Great property, easy access to shopping..The staff were very friendly & helpful..The only downside was a very small parking lot & there was 2 rental vans taking up spots.
