Hotel Rialto

This stay was highly disappointing due to the following issues: 1. Outdated facilities and mediocre cleanliness: The overall facilities of the hotel are outdated, and the hygiene standards are mediocre. The bedding material is extremely thin, completely lacks elasticity, and feels cold and stiff to the touch. It gives off a heavily worn and aged impression, making it not only uncomfortable but also providing absolutely no warmth. 2. Supervisor's service attitude needs improvement: On the day of check-in, the supervisor on duty at the front desk (Jinny) was unfriendly. However, on the second day of my stay, I encountered a part-time staff whose attitude was warmer and more polite. It is disappointing that a supervisor met on the first day possessed far less hospitality spirit than a frontline employee.

The hotel has a great location in the city center and is housed in a historic building. Learning about the story of Mr. Lin Bin, an overseas Chinese, was very touching. The hotel's facilities and service are excellent; the front desk even offered complimentary snacks and fruit, which was very thoughtful. If I had to find a flaw, it would be that the mattress was a bit soft.

The facilities are good, and the location on the left is very convenient.
