4 days on the road from the East Coast and this was such a relief and pleasure. The hotel is so nice and clean, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Only issues we had were no Kleenex in the room, desk chair ”sank” to lowest setting no matter how you set it up and the curtains would not full close so lots of light came in at night. Breakfast was the best we've had on this trip. Beds, sheets, pillows - all wonderful. I'd stay here a night or a week anytime!

If you stay on a hotel, you expect the hotel to provide you with towels daily in your room, and take out trash each day. Instead, we had to ask for our towels daily, and take the towels back to our room because of COVID??? Also, the maids did NOT change any of our bed linens because of COVID, and we stayed 4 nights! If COVID is a problem, why are there not any masks being worn, including this staff???? (Masks at this particular hotel were NOT worn by any worker, specifically, no maids were wearing masks, no front desk personal, nor any breakfast staff!) THe hotel floors were NOT marked for social distancing. Also, maids did not pick up our trash daily. This was very annoying! In addition, when we arrived at our room, the hair dryer was missing (only a plate from where the hair dryer was supposed to be mounted was on the bathroom wall.) The iron from our room was missing as well. We were promised a hair dryer and iron as advertised when we booked our room. The front desk was NOT concerned that these items were missing. The hair dryer and iron were both promised as part of the room. We needed these items as part of our stay. When we mentioned the missing items from the room to the front desk, they didn't seem to care, or make any effort to fix it! Why are we (the customers) paying such high prices to stay in this hotel if we are cleaning our own rooms and we had to get our towels to use daily, and equipment promised was NOT there. All the hotel is supplying is a place to stay and a bed to sleep in!!! Our total bill for this 4 day trip to stay in the handicapped Rm 125 was $325 ($81.25 per night)!!!

The hotel is located on the edge of the city, the hotel is clean and tidy, in line with the hotel's general standards. Its area is quieter. The hotel facilities are soundproofed and the interior decoration is comfortable. Very cost-effective. During my stay, I just happened to be unable to connect the service staff's mobile phone signal for some reason. The reception was unreceived for a half hour. It made the customer wait without reason. I felt very uncomfortable and I had never encountered anything before. I recommend that travelers consider staying at this hotel, given the sincere apologies of the staff.

Room was excellent, location is excellent. But I must tell you, MAKE SURE YOU GET A RECEIPT. and if you are checking in with a party good luck. This hotel staff and even the corporate staff have completely failed. A very long story short. We ( my wife and I) were unfortunately at the hotel for a funeral, we had a group rate of 75$ a night. We checked in and were given a handicap room ( which we did not request). We figured this was all they had left, and continued on. The next morning my wife left to the funeral church service while I was getting ready, a housekeeper walks in. And I called out multiple times thinking it was my wife. Finally after the third time the house keeper replies, apologizing and just leaving. About a minute later I get a call from the front desk. Asking did we change rooms in the middle of the night? No we did not. We have been in this room all night. We go to check out. My wife informs them what happened and they said they would fix it. We had no time to wait as we had to go to to the burial of her family member. Later that day we see multiple charges, first one was we found out was just the temporary hold, one was the actual charge and another was a random $200+ charge. We called immediately and were told we CHANGED ROOMS to a suite . Which we did not. (Check the cameras) we disputed this and they forwarded us to the managers number. She did not answer so we left a voicemail. They next day we had no response. So we called again. Now the story changed to we actually got TWO ROOMS. One being a suite and one being a regular room. Which once again, we did not. So they forwarded us to the manager again. Once again no answer. The next day, no one reaches out again. We call AGAIN. Now it changes back to the old story. That we checked into another room in the middle of the night. We Disputed again, ”The Manager just left but is turning right around to assist you” which was a lie. Saturday finally we get the response. Well no manager is in on the weekend. We stated to her we've been trying since Wednesday. ”Oh well the manager has been on vacation since Tuesday and no one knew about it”. Monday we call again. And lo and behold! Sent to the managers number again. And what do you know. She doesn't answer. We left a voicemail. Stating we were taking this to corporate. NOW the corporate is having issues as well. After a lengthy call they said they admitted there were many discrepancies from the hotels information. And would get back to us after the investigation. And now I just received an email stating they have no record of our stay. ( Funny how they can charge us still for both a suite at 97.27 and a regular room at 89.27 but can't see it) so I sent a lengthy email about that as well. As an FYI for anyone looking to stay here. I wouldn't, but if you must ABSOLUTELY do NOT check in with Lexie, who was the one who checked us in, and recieved the majority of our calls. And repeatedly lied to us or misled us. If I could give you
