In general the whole hotel is dirty , in the corridors, in the lift and does not feel comfortable in the room Most of all I was outraged by the hair everywhere, including on the bed

Location is good but I think that’s all. Room was small, there were electricity wires on the wall, no air conditioning, wifi issues, not friendly staff and only one blanket for 2 person. Luckily there were two sheets and no need for another blanket because it was too hot to use it anyway. We got hand soap on our last day (we stayed 3 days) and there were no sink in the toilet, it was in different shower closet. The shower sewer was a little and it didn’t drain very well so there were always water on the floor and it was slippery. Hotel was too expensive if you count all the minus sides, definately never again.

I like the hotel : 1. Location is considered strategic with 15 min walk to the train central station and 8 min walk to the nearest subway metro station. 2. Price is reasonable 3. Jug is provided which is convenient for me to store drinking water 4. Was provided 2 sets of blankets, pillows and towels although I was only 1 person staying for the double bed room 5. Many power points to use in the room 6. Separate shower room and toilet 7. The room is big enough Shortage of hotel: 1. No air conditioning and fan 2. No rubbish disposal for my 5 nights stay at all 3. No television 4. Wifi issue for my last 2 nights stay 5. Card issue for my last 2 days that I couldn't open the door. Need to go to the receptionist to reprogram 6.No kettle provided.

The hotel location is great. 5-10 min walk to Vienna Hbf train station. Its clean and bed is comfy Wifi works and heater for shower works. But... No house keeping (i stayed for 4 nights) And reception is super grumpy - my key card malfunction and it cant unlock the door - took me 2 trips down to recep to sort this out (no apologise. Just grunts) Well i paid peanuts (€70-€80/night) so cant expect much either. This ain't the intercontinental... Good value. Just dun expect alot.
