The location is great! Very close to Sudtiroler Plaz, where you can find public transportation like U (underground), S (train), and tram. Also, we like the kitchen!

The location was very convenient. The room is very nice, but a bit hot even in winter I had to open the window. It was clean overall but I found a silverfish insect and wasn't happy about it.

Firstly, I would say, that the check in procedure is very frustrating. No one.answered phone posted at the place. Needed help because the system was not able to locate my booking, only to find out after several attempts that my first and second name was registered to be the first and last name in the booking. Will not consider this place again in my future stay in Vienna.
The room is clean though with cooking facilities.

The apartments are literally right in front of the main train station, just a few steps across the street. The location is awesome for travellers who intend to stop by a few days before hitting the road using the train service again. Besides, the supermarkets/marts that operate in the train station make it convenient for people who stay nearby to do their grocery especially when everywhere is closed on Sunday.

The location is very close to vienna train station, and the tram, and not far from metro.
It quite clean except for the hair dyer which looked old dirty and covered in dust.
The apartment has all kitchen equipment including a microwave and a fridge!
The bed and pillow weren’t very comfortable, but they were okay for a short stay.

My husband and I are glad that we chose to stay at the smartments during our recent stay in Vienna. It is exactly like the photos. The unit itself is extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed, except we would have preferred a kettle rather than a pod coffeemaker (for tea) and the dishwasher was superfluous for us (perhaps not for others). The building is located directly opposite the train station, but the area is new, clean, safe and close to several supermarkets (& sightseeing!). The self-check-in kiosk at the door was easy to use. Overall, we were very pleased.
