Hotel is conveniently located right next to a mall and above the underground train station. There is no boiler and toothbrush/paste provided. Hand wash and body/shampoo is provided. Breakfast seems to be included as well.

Very comfortable experience at this hotel, which has modern facilities and is nice and clean. Personally I would prefer a higher/firmer pillow but everything is good! The provided breakfast is nice and has different varieties daily. The hotel is also very convenient to move around from to other parts of the city as it is next to the Meidling Hauptstraße station at U4. It is also next to a mall and has nearby food options as well. I really like this place and would definitely come back when I visit Vienna again.

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from Medling station, with a subway entrance right outside and a bus stop just a short walk away. The rooms are very new, breakfast is good, and the front desk staff are very friendly.

We stayed at H2 Wien Hotel and found the location to be very convenient. It’s situated right next to the metro, with restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores nearby, which made getting around and finding essentials really easy. However, our stay was impacted by a couple of issues. The air conditioning wasn’t working, which made the room uncomfortable, and we could hear the train noise quite clearly at night, making it difficult to sleep. On the positive side, the hotel does include breakfast, which was a nice addition.

We stayed in a quad room with two bunk beds, and with three of us, there was plenty of space. We could leave our luggage spread out without it getting in the way. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation and was very clean, though the bath towels were a bit stiff. You can request daily or every-other-day room cleaning as needed. The location is superb; it's less than a 30-second walk from the station exit to the H2 building. When the building's reception is closed, you need a key card to enter, and the elevator also requires a key card. The hotel reception and breakfast area are on the second floor. We arrived early, around 8 AM, but were lucky enough to get an early check-in. The breakfast, by European standards, was quite lavish and they even rotated some dishes. We stayed for four nights and were very satisfied with breakfast every day. I particularly enjoyed the crusty bread with a full grain flavor and the perfectly boiled eggs.

Near to every places and also the metro. Best hotel in vienna i can say. Bravo!

The supermarket downstairs is super convenient. There's no complimentary drinking water in the room, but you can just pop down to buy some. The subway station right next door offers direct access to all the major attractions. Breakfast was delicious. Overall, it's a great stay and I'd definitely recommend it.

Great location great breakfast

It was a great stay! Flexible check in and check out (had to leave in the middle of the night and were accommodated accordingly). The room is spacious, clean and has everything needed. The breakfast was also quite good. The location is very close to some attractions + there’s metro, bus and train connections nearby.
