No hairdryer was provided, and the bathroom only had an all-in-one shower gel, which served as hand wash, shampoo, and body wash. Remember to bring your own toiletries for these. The room was very clean, and self-check-in was arranged in advance. The check-in code was only sent via email about ten minutes before check-in; even if you arrived early and emailed the hotel, they wouldn't provide it sooner. On the last night, there was a strong smell of smoke, and of course, no one could be found to address it, but luckily, the window could be opened for ventilation. The location is very convenient, about a 10-minute walk from the central train station, and easy to find with navigation.

As a major German chain, Limehome’s response to equipment failure was appalling. System errors trapped our bags in their lobby locker, and their support team failed to help, forcing us to pay extra transport costs. What is worse is their attitude: when presented with full evidence and receipts, Limehome repeatedly shifted blame—first falsely claiming we never contacted them, then inventing post-checkout excuses to dodge responsibility. Previous reviews show locker failure is a recurring issue they clearly have no intention of fixing. Relying on automation without proper support shows total disregard for guests. As for Limehome itself: terrible accountability, unreliable facilities, and zero customer support

Clean, modern style studio apartment. Convient location in the city, close to supermarkets, and there is available underground car park. Walkable distance to some main attractions. Self check in and check out via codes. A small balcony overlooking the road.

Excellent apartment! The parking garage is conveniently located right underneath. It's very close to the city center. The apartment is well-sealed and soundproof, with air conditioning, and you can even cook noodles. Seriously good. Just a heads-up for European hotels: remember to wash your dishes when you leave, just like you would at home. Let's show everyone our good etiquette!

The rooms were so clean and nice. And it was so convenient to move to another place because it was close to the subway station. Location: There were also convenient facilities such as marts, restaurants, and pharmacies nearby, so there was no inconvenience in living.

Location is great and convenient, Self-Checkin is a great plus. Self-Service luggage storage didn't work properly this time: The booked box was occupied; customer support replied after 6pm (which I truly appreciate), but it took them 4,5 hrs to fix it

During some days, the air conditioning was not cold in the hot summer. Excellent location with many restaurants next door.

Every thing was automated and seems easy and ok In general the hotels very good and is pretty good and clean and even housekeeping team are friendly and professional Area for improvement 1)- the tv channels were not working and consequently we couldn’t be able to follow the world up competition, we stayed in Germany and Austria in last 14 days and all the hotels we accommodated was broadcasting the World Cup except your hotel 2)- luggage lockers need to be a bit bigger and should be enough for each room my room was double room so we had 2 bags and the locker can fit only one where should we put others

Lovely apartment hotel, free WiFi, modern, nice balcony. Everything you'd really need. Area is a bit sketchy/diverse but not awful, close to everything you'd expect in a city. One morning there was police escorting someone out of the building, possibly visa issues. Good metro links to anywhere in the city and quick to get into the centre. If you stay here and like craft beer make sure to go to the Schnauzer & Beagle Brewery & Taproom about a 15/20 minute walk away. Enjoyed the usage of their website as a key to unlock the front and room doors. Clever tech. Would definitely stay again if a good price if I was in Vienna.

The location is convenient, and the facilities are very comprehensive. The room is also clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious enough. I'll definitely stay here again when I come to Vienna. Having a kettle and tableware is great for longer stays. Self-check-in was easy to manage, just follow the instructions in the email.
