Pakat Residences

It was spacious and clean. I felt safe because there are many embassies nearby. The location is also perfect, situated right between Vienna Central Station and the city center.

I didn't take any photos of the room, but it was actually better than the pictures on their website. The facilities were complete, the equipment was clean and tidy, and the apartment was quiet—though Vienna as a whole is very quiet. This apartment, like the city as a whole, was well-planned and maintained very cleanly. The people were of high quality and had a good attitude. Our apartment was near a local residential area, peaceful and serene, perfectly matching my impression of a well-planned European city. The host was very kind. Initially, his father saw us at the apartment management office and kindly called his son to inquire about the situation. Later, it turned out we had gone to the wrong address, so he personally led us to our accommodation. Even though his father had already taken us there, the host still came over to check on us to make sure everything was alright before leaving. I love Vienna, it's such a wonderful city to live in! 😭

Everything was great. The hotel is conveniently located near Belvedere Palace, about a 10-minute walk from the shopping street and the Sisi Museum. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend staying here.

Although the interior is a bit dated, the location makes up for it. It was a very comfortable stay with great service. I plan to stay here again on my next visit to Vienna.

The room, living room, and kitchen were all spacious and comfortable. It was really nice that there were two TVs in the living room and the room.

房間非常乾淨，很大，住一家三口綽綽有餘，很有家的感覺，暖氣也給的很足。各種杯子，刀叉，洗碗機都有，床也很舒服，前台非常友好，一路上都高效回覆，關心住的怎麼樣。就是位置稍稍有一點點偏，走去市中心30-40分鐘
