Hotel Imperial, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Vienna

Right next to the Golden Hall, the hotel itself has a Michelin-starred restaurant. The original century-old steakhouse, famed for its small steaks, is less than 200 meters away on foot. They deliver chocolates to the room daily, and bottled water is unlimited. However, the facilities and furniture in the room are a bit dated.

Great hotel, even better service.

When we arrived at the hotel around 1 PM for check-in, we were told that neither of our two rooms were ready yet. However, the white people checking in next to us had their rooms ready, and the front desk even proactively offered them breakfast. I'm not sure if that's good or bad service. 😂 The room was average, not very spacious. There were bedtime decorations and chocolates. It's best to confirm the price again closer to your travel date. We initially booked several months in advance for 19,000 euros for three nights, but when we booked a week in advance, the same room type dropped to less than 13,000 euros. There's a significant difference. The hotel breakfast was commendable. Parking costs 50 euros per day. The Golden Hall is right behind the hotel. Excellent location. Recommended.

Absolutely perfect. The room was small but exquisite, with a street view from the window. The restaurant was absolutely delicious; the hotel provided tasty chocolates daily—Vienna chocolates are famous. The hotel staff were very polite and provided excellent service. The hotel itself was stunning, like a palace. The opera house was just a few minutes' walk away; after watching Mozart, you could come back, open a bottle of Dom Pérignon and Krug, and chat with the bartender—it was simply amazing!

Pros: - The room was spacious, with a very high ceiling. - The interior was classically decorated. - The windows were well-insulated, so despite being next to the street, it wasn't noisy at night. Cons: - The furniture was old. Two days in a row, I found rivets from the furniture on the carpet, which could be dangerous if you accidentally stepped on them. One day, I noticed a leg missing from a stool. I notified the front desk, but when I returned to my room, I found that the maintenance staff had removed the desk and chair. - Breakfast was quite busy with tour groups. - At night, I could hear the pipes, the hinges of the sliding door and the room door, and the creaking of the wooden floor.
