I had a truly pleasant stay and can only recommend this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient. I especially liked that there was always a staff member available when we needed something or had questions – that made the stay very uncomplicated. I also found the common lounge very interesting and cozy. Overall, everything was clean, well-organized, and you always felt welcome. A really great hotel – I'd be happy to come back!

The price was reasonable, and the room was spacious and relatively clean. There's a shopping mall nearby where you can pick up daily necessities. It's close to several bus and tram stops, and also not too far from the West Railway Station, making transportation very convenient.

Although the location is a bit far from the main tourist attractions, there's a bus stop nearby, so it wasn't a major inconvenience. For the affordable price, the room was clean and the staff were friendly – absolutely no complaints! If I visit Vienna again, I would definitely stay here. It had everything: air conditioning, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and even a hairdryer. I stayed alone, and the room wasn't small; it was just the right size.

The transportation is quite convenient. The hygiene is acceptable, the environment is fine, and the service is good.

The staff were all very friendly, and the room was clean and tidy. However, the soundproofing wasn't great, so it was quite noisy in the mornings, which affected my sleep. The location is excellent, very close to both the subway and tram stations, and there are malls and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient.
