Stayed for three nights, and it was super convenient to get around. Right across the street is a transport hub, making it easy to get to the airport. There's also a big shopping mall with a bubble tea shop that my kids loved. We could walk to all the main attractions, and there's a park right next door. Plus, the breakfast spread was really diverse.

Lovely location, just opposite to a nice park. The room was clean and well presented. Recommend this hotel as our stay was very comfortable and nice.

unbeatable location in terms of airport transit accessibility. there is a train station right across the road, and it connects directly (no stops) to the airport via express train(CAT). also, the major vienna tourist spots are all very near(walking distance) or easy to go because, again, the train station is so close. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and were pretty tasty. the room felt clean enough upon arrival, although i did find a previous guest’s wifi info card under the bed. you can drink from the tap. the water tasted good enough.

This hotel is conveniently located opposite a large shopping mall, making dining and shopping very easy. The mall also has a subway station directly connected to Vienna Airport. The main shopping street is only about a ten-minute walk away.

Great location, 2 minutes from the station wien mitte, which is 16 minutes from the airport by the CAT, very lovely staff.

The location is great just beside the city park, walkable to the main attractions. There is a park garage below the hotel. We booked corner room with 30sqm, can fit another child bed.

What a terrible experience, Stayed in an executive room for 2 nights. Staffs of front desk chats themselves without working, they only do least work for you. No amenities, (perhaps you can ask for them to bring, but usually other 5 stars hotels notice you what you can get or prepare them in your room. As for Hilton Vienna Park? Nothing. No information, None of amenities in the room, even shower cap or toothbrush) Except the location is right in front of the one of the Vienna’s train station, nothing was good. Executive room is exactly same room with the standard room, room and bathroom is tiny. Water is for free when you check-in, if you stay more than one day, you need to pay up to EUR 5 for one bottle. Lounge has no snacks, only coffee and tea was prepared. Hya** near HBF station is clean, spacious, great view and facilities. Amenities are Byredo. Hilton has a sauna, but it is under maintenance(no information when it will be finished maintenance). I left my bags inside the room when I checked out. After 15 mins, I found out my bag was missing, so I asked them to find out and because I know where I left it I described it in detail. But the staff of the front desk didn’t even inform housekeepers the details, he just ask them to find a gray bag and tell me I need to wait. If you heard you need to wait and don’t check-up the progress, then you need to wait forever. There was no other guests, but they didn’t inform me whether they found it or not until I asked them. (After I asked they finally called the housekeeper again and check the progress) I have waited for 30mins but they told me there was nothing. When I packed my stuff in the morning, I intentionally put it on the gray couch and didn’t put it in the luggage, because I need to bring it on the plane. The hotel service is nonsense and frustrating. Trip to Vienna was perfect, staying here the last day in Vienna ruins my whole day and trip. Because of the brand name it my be 5 stars, but the condition of the room and the service is pretty much 3 stars hotel. Thank you, Hilton. You made my day.

Great location. Relatively clean. Check in took over half an hour of waiting, as they are chatting for something else not about the guests (or ignored the line waiting there). Facilities are relatively new.

Hilton never fails! I extended my stay because of flight delay, but really love the convenience around the hotel

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right across the street from the airport line and a major metro interchange (U1, U3, U4 lines), just a short walk to the tram, and has a bus stop right outside. Getting to all the city's attractions is incredibly convenient, whether by metro or on foot. The room size is quite generous for a European hotel, and best of all, they offer free extra beds, making it perfect for families. The breakfast is a step up from your average continental fare. While the hotel facilities aren't luxurious, considering the unbeatable location and price, I highly recommend it!

For a hotel that's 50 years old, it's surprisingly well-maintained. **Pros:** * It's clean and hygienic. * The location is excellent, with most main attractions accessible within a 15-20 minute walk. * A Sixt car rental office is conveniently located inside the hotel. **Cons:** * The room quality, by Chinese standards, is closer to a 4-star hotel, certainly not 5-star. * While most of the staff were pleasant, there were a few individuals who were exceptionally arrogant and rude. For instance, when we arrived at 9 PM and inquired about parking at the front desk, a black-haired female staff member was incredibly dismissive and impatient 🙄. * We also had to wait 20 minutes for our room key, as they claimed their system had crashed. * I booked a king-size room via Ctrip, specifically requesting a quiet, high-floor room, but was assigned a ground-floor room with absolutely no view. * Despite my booking, an additional 30 Euros was charged upon check-in. * Hotels in Austria are generally reasonably priced, and for the same cost, I wouldn't recommend this one. * The hotel was noticeably crowded with Indian guests.

Positives:The location of the hotel is wonderful. You can walk to everywhere in city center. Also the train station where the train comes from airport is 3 minutes to walk. Negatives: The bed was a little old, right side was softer. Check in time should be 14.00. 16.00 is late for tired passengers. Overall 9:10

A great hotel offering excellent value for money. The room was a bit on the small side, making it a tight squeeze for three people. On the plus side, the breakfast was very generous. Its location is quite good, not far from most attractions.
