The fastest way to get here from the airport is by the SAT express train, then transfer to the subway. At the reception (to the right of the entrance), there's a self-check-in kiosk. It's in English, so a basic understanding should be enough. If all else fails, Google Translate on your phone will help. Wi-Fi is available. After checking in, the machine issues an electronic key card for your room from the slot below the terminal. The room is clean, but there are no slippers. There's an electric kettle, but no cups or glasses, only metal enamel mugs. Also, it's unclear where to dispose of trash, other than the bin in the toilet. The view from the 3rd floor window (reception is on the ground floor) isn't entirely of the garden (see photo). The bed is comfortable, and the room is quiet. The toilet and shower are separate. There's a Billa supermarket nearby.

We loved everything about this hotel, especially the extremely comfortable bed, good soundproofing and thick curtains. I hadnt slept that well for a while.

It is between two train stations, but is not surrounded by many shops or restaurants. There is a bar and restaurant inside the hotel. Airport bus stop nearby. Clean room. Not located in city center but it offers reasonable price in Vienna.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful room. The service is top notch. Everything is somehow automated and great. The restaurant in the hotel offers a wonderful ambiance, drinks and food. We will be back again!
