The hotel's location is very good, it is very close to west bahnhouf train station and tram stop is at front of of the hotel. Breakfast is also very good and various.
But there is no kettle and refrigerator in the room and no complimentary water and no hotel slippers in the room.

very old hotel ..very little room amenities. hmmm this ibis branch needs a renovation or refurbishment.

Amazing and value-for-money! Will definitely recommend.
Friendly staff, rooms is very clean and even had a nice view on 12th floor. They also helped to keep the luggage before check-in and after check-out.
Breakfast also have good options, though sometimes might be a bit crowded.
Location is just in front of 2 Trams, which one of them going to Train Central Station (Wien Hbf) directly. Also metro is within 5min walk.
Besides that there are multiple Lidle or Billa supermarkets within 5min walk, and the Mariahilfer shopping street is just next to hotel.
Would like to be back again!

The staff were very helpful. They could help us out even though we do not speak German. The check in and check out was quick, the breakfast was plenty and had a lot of varieties. Plus point for the DIY, fresh waffels.
We were not staying long enough to try out all provided services, but what we tried was good.

The hotel is situated in a good area. The amenities are a little dated. During the check-in process, the staff was welcoming. The hotel itself does not offer much to do. Okay, just go to sleep there at night.

The hotel is well located near the shopping street Mariahilfer Strasse and near a U-bahn station. Provides parking for one day (cheeper than public parking). Very good breackfast.

absence of refrigerator and / or minibar in the room; breakfast too expensive for what was on offer; the location of the hotel in an area with many beggars and drunks.

The service was extremely rude and impolite. The staff at the counter is unable to deal with any problems without mistreating guests.
