A very average hotel with not so friendly staff, the location is good since it’s next to the main train station
There’s no refrigerator in the room and we couldn’t buy any snacks to store!! The tea/coffee service was shared and not so sanitary since the cups were old and it wasn’t convenient to go outside the room and bring tea/coffee.
There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room!!!! Only soap!!
When I entered the room there were 2 biscuits and a wet napkin on thrown on the bed, seemed they forgot to finish the cleaning!!
The room was spacious and had enough shelves, it was quiet and had a big window, the pillows were so soft and not very comfortable.

Checkin staff was friendly and helpful . Hotel location was superb , very near to Vienna Train station . There are plenty of food options nearby to the hotel . Breakfast spread was good as well .

This price is near the train station, with convenient transportation. There is a pedestrian street behind it. The hotel has self-service coffee and hot water. What bicycles are needed?

The price was also reasonable compared to overseas, and the quality of the room was top notch. Vienna Central Station is just a stone's throw away and has good access. The room is large and very clean.

The bed was uncomfortable and way too expensive for what you get. The bathroom wasn't clean and smelled disgusting. Never again!

Very good hotel, close to the train station, not so close to tourist attractions, but there are buses and a few trains that pass by the door.
