Good location as it is located next to the Hauptbahnhof. There's also a mall there where you can buy your necessities. However, the service staff at the hotel was quite unfriendly and unhelpful.

This is lovely location for me only few minute walk from main station

Location: Right next to Vienna's main train station, just a 2-minute walk away. There's a Spar supermarket in the station open until 11 PM. Tram, bus, and subway stops are nearby, as well as a bus station for trips to cities like Budapest and Bratislava, making travel very convenient. The closest local attraction is the Belvedere Palace, a 15-minute walk. Other attractions are a bit further, though still walkable. Facilities: The room was spacious, but there's a big drawback – no door for the bathroom?! Even with the air conditioning on the hottest and strongest setting, it was still a bit chilly. It was fine for me alone, but it would be pretty awkward for two or more people. This design is very impractical. There's also no kettle, only a coffee machine. You can ask the front desk for an empty bottle to get unlimited mineral water from the dispenser at the main entrance on the ground floor. The TV isn't smart; you can't cast to it, and it's not an internet TV. The room itself was quite clean. Service: Luggage storage is available, and the front desk staff were nice and friendly. Overall: If you're not solely visiting local Vienna attractions, and the price is around 500-600 yuan, you might consider it. Otherwise, I'd recommend staying closer to the city center attractions.

The hotel is modern and beautiful, wonderful location - just a few meters away from Vienna main train station and the staff is so friendly and helpful.

Good location but breakfast is not more food for choice

The hotel is located in close proximity to the train station. It's very clean and organized. However, you have to request a kettle, water (only 1 filling station at the lobby), body lotion, conditioner etc. You realise all this after reaching your room. Also there is no phone and the reason given was there is no region service. So, after the first day, I got adjusted. If these facts are informed during check in, it will be easier. The room is comfortable, equipped with a coffee machine. There is a tablet in the room which is a nice touch. Staff are generally quite pleasant aana helpful

The location is pretty good, right next to the train station. The front desk service was also decent. The toilet and shower are separate, but the shower stall in the room doesn't have a door, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel's location is super convenient, just about a 5-minute walk from the central train station. You can grab anything you need right at the station, and there's a supermarket nearby which is very handy. When you head out, it's a good idea to buy a 24-hour, 48-hour, or longer transport pass inside the station – they're really useful. I mostly used the U1, U4, and U2 lines to get to all the places I wanted to go, and nothing was far away. Vienna is a country where you can never get enough of visiting museums!

The location and facilities are great, but I got bitten every night while sleeping during my stay. I suspect there might be bed bugs.

Upon check-in, I clearly told the front desk that I had two reservations for the same room type: one for a single night and another for two nights. The front desk recognized me as a returning guest and said, 'Welcome back,' but then oddly asked if I wanted to stay in the same room for all three nights. Since it was the same room type, I figured I could just extend my stay without the hassle of moving rooms and luggage, especially since there was no upgrade involved. Why would I switch? In the end, this 'returning guest' was assigned a remote corner room at the end of the second-floor hallway, with only half a window and the other half blocked by a wall. Walking to the elevator every day was exhausting. Is this their idea of a 'welcome back'? The hotel facilities were also strange; the shower had no door, and the entire wet area had no door either. Not recommended.
